I hadn't trays made by my dentist probably 9-10 years ago, they're still going strong. I use THIS PRODUCT with them. The package of 4 will, last me a year or so.

I had trays made 2 weeks ago and because of my sensitive teeth was given 11% Perfecta. It really hasn't bothered me much, but I've been using Sensodyne, too. Before the trays, I used Crest Whitestrips regularly- the Luxe has 10% peroxide. I just got tired of paying $50 every few months, so I opted for the trays. My dentist had a $200 special and that included a big tube of bleach. This way I can always go up in strength.
The hygienist also told me that it takes 30 minutes before actual bleaching begins, so to wear them 90 minutes to 2 hrs up to twice a day. Something to think about if the directions say 30 minutes...

Crest Whitestrips. But not the 1 hour ones. Get the 30 minute ones. I do 1 week of daily use, then 1 per week until the box runs out. Then I'm good for several months.
