Not that you need to be Irish to celebrate- but my DH put together a tasty cocktail- Jameson Irish whiskey and ginger ale... Anyone else want to share their favorite drink and Irish name heritage? My heritage name is O'Toolen from Cook county.

I enjoyed some lovely Irish Coffee My name heritage includes Farrell and Roche. I visited Ireland a few years ago and so want to go back. We've even toyed with the idea of retirement there.

Jameson and ginger is one of my favorites! I have a little Irish in me and DH has quite a bit!

Last night we had Irish coffee with dinner out, we had shepherds pie (the best we’ve ever had!) and Rueben tacos!
Today I’m making traditional corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
