I posted on the original thread something I just learned. There is no federal charge for domestic terrorism. Were this guy still alive, he could be charged with terrorism because the nature of the acts created mass unrest, or however they describe it. So while I definitely agree this guy was a terrorist, there may be legitimate reasons with the law the way it is right now that they don't want to "go there," at least not at first.

I see what you're saying about the technicality of the word, and how the law enforcement community uses it. But that has never stopped politicians and even reporters from using it before. And we know Trump probably doesn't know the difference. And even if he did, I can still guarantee he'd be using it anyway if the bomber wasn't white.

If the bomber was a Muslim or an illegal Immigrant, California or New York would be giving him sanctuary.

Hillary represents every bad stereotype about women.  She's been whining, crying and blaming others for almost 18 months for her loss.  She didn't "persist"; she's having a tantrum.

I get that people are unhappy with sanctuary cities/states.  But before one bad mouth them one should at least get the facts right. Because comments like this do nothing but slam all law enforcement officials in these areas.   They don’t deserve that from anyone, especially  ill informed folks.

I watched the mayor of Oakland tip off all illegals that ICE was planning a raid.  She didn't differentiate between violent illegals and non-violent illegals when she made the public tip-off on television.  So yes, I believe people in the government would do that.
