Do you ever find yourself re-organizing and "cleaning" up your space more than actually USING it? I moved in October. The house we moved into is small (like 850 sq ft). There are two bedrooms(each kiddo has their own now) and a big 3 season room on the back. The 3 season room is our bedroom & my scrappy space. SO is a car guy, anything that has to do with working on cars, race cars (he was a race car dirt track champion several years in a row back in his day ), he easily has several thousand dollars worth of Snap-On tools in his shop & 2 garages. He gets it when it comes to my scrapbook/crafting habit. He gets it when I say I need to get this or that organizational tool/tote/shelf. He gets it that I need my space & I need it just right. He is the same way with his tools & shop(& of course, I get that!). I know how blessed I am to have someone who understands. We are very alike in this!! I have been looking for just the right set up & the furnishings. This weekend I think I have almost gotten it the way I want it. My space is small, but everything is within reach of turning my chair (which is actually the last thing I want to replace because the one I have is comfy but way too big!). I have a few more little things I would like to have but I can collect them a little at a time. I am still looking for a few ideas... How do you store your letter stickers (specifically Thickers)? 3-d stickers (Jolees, etc)? Do you keep kits together or separate them out? How do you store them or know what you have?

I'm an organiser at heart - but I do still scrap more than I re-organise my scrap space.
Thickers and letter stickers - I tend to keep things simple and within reach so the smaller letter stickers are in a drawer next to my scrap table and the thickers and other larger sheets are in a file folder above my paper shelves on my desk (I also have file folders for scraps up there)
3-D stickers - I have my themed stickers and die cuts and what have you in file folders by theme in a plastic file box under the scrap desk - I just pull out a file as I scrap and flip through to see if anything'll work for that page.
Kits- I keep together to begin with - they are vertical between two of my recollections cubes that I use for cardstock/paper storage on my desk. I don't have a ton - maybe a dozen at most - so I usually remember what they are (at least in general) and flip through if I think they might work for my layout. Once they are down to scraps or at least I think I'm done using as a kit...then I mix in with the rest of my supplies.

No, never. I am about 75% disorganized. I wish I had a close by friend to come over this week while I'm on sick leave and totally organize everything. I think it would take a week of two of us.

I'm on may way! I'm an organizer first and a card maker second. I'm always looking for the best solution for my space and stuff. Mel - sorry but I don't have a solution for stickers or Thickers. Mine are just in a plastic shoe box unorganized, just like my ribbon.

I got some 6x12 page protectors during one of the SC mega mega super sales - I put a pack of Thickers in each one in a 9x12 album (or 3)

I’m an organizer and I need everything in its place before I start. I can’t start a new project in the mess from the previous. I moved my craft space into our “sunroom” (former side porch which is enclosed and 4 season) last April. We finally made the trek to IKEA on Friday so I could get some Alex drawers and a Kallax. I spent all weekend getting most of it organized. Now I’m excited to scrap. I need to see my stuff to use it. Before all my stuff was hidden in storage boxes or bags to keep some semblance of order.
I also rediscover scrappy items when I organize. I found 6 Smashbooks!

Yes I’m an organiser and like to redo things every so often. I have a number of SB kits and keep a kit together until it’s just about used up (or I’m sick of it) then the last bits go into my stash. Kits are stored in large plastic bags. Other than the kits I have general paper and cardstock organised mostly by colour and I just go through things when I’m looking for something particular.
My thickers I have standing up in a magazine rack on my shelf unit. Smaller stickers are on my clip it up with other small embellishments which are generally organised by type.

I don't do alpha stickers because there are never enough of what you need. I have 4 different letter and number stencils to serve my needs. I place them on the back of the paper and trace with a pen, then turn the paper over and cut them on a light table.

I'm in the middle of a reorganization, too. I put my Thickers in one of these bins from Ikea: www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/30155019/They go in sideways, in ROYGBIV order, and they fit perfectly. I just keep them on a shelf. For my stickers, I just keep them in a basket and flip through them when I need one. I keep my kits together in zippered bags on a shelf until I use it at least once, at which point I'll then separate it out. I don't have very many kits so it's easy enough to flip through them to see which one I want to use. If I had a lot I'd consider keeping each kit in a 12x12 hanging file or something along those lines.

Absolutely!
Alpha stickers - The few non-Thickers alpha stickers are stored together on the Clip-It-Up, while Thickers are stored upright in two wire baskets with handles (bought years ago in the Target $ Spot).
Kits - I've never purchased a kit.
Congratulations on your creative space. Hope you find storage solutions that work for you!

I love to organize, so things are always pretty good. I do a purge occasionally. My Thickers are in the stackable plastic drawers. Here is a link, but they are way cheaper at J's linkI have 6 sets that I stack 3 high by 2 wide for Thickers, paper, etc.

I reorganize constantly because my room is so small, but today it's sucking up my whole day! We had new windows put in, which damaged my paint, then got rid of our radiators for central heat, so while my room was messed up we changed my light from an ugly ceiling fan to a sweet chandelier, added a couple of outlets, did some patching and painting. I can finally start putting things back, but I'm trying to rebalance, and I just can't decide! Do I want to replace the radiator with similarly sized modular storage (Ashland cubes from Michaels)? Do I want a chair because there's no where to sit in my room? Where in the world am I going to put the HUGELY OVER-SIZED new Cameo I stupidly bought on Black Friday? My 2 was SO much smaller! My thickers are in THESE, and they fit perfectly. I can separate them by color, and I love them. *sigh* Breaks over...

I'm constantly trying to find the best organization systems for myself as well. I frequently wonder if I could actually save space with one of the scrapboxes. But I worry it wouldn't really fit as much as I'd like it to.
I have the closet maid 9-cube unit. I actually have 4 of them and a board across the top as I am a standing scrapper. So one side is school things and printer, etc. the other side is all crafting. They make little fabric cubes that go in them. My alpha stickers/thickers are in one of these. They are first small tiles, small letters, then larger. The larger is separated by color.

I have some ITSO bins from Target I use for thickers. It was like they were designed for them, both height and width are perfect. 2 of the containers fit in one shelf of the ubiquitous white cube shelves from Michaels, so you can fit 4 itso tubs in one cube. wonderwoman your room is simply stunning, I am very proud of my card catalog, but you have a ton of antique furniture! You are one lucky lady, your space is beautiful!

My thickers and other alphabet stickers are in large magazine holders. I got them from Staples. I have one for alphabets and another one for the thicker words and other stickers.

I don't really have any 3d stickers so can't offer any suggestions on those. I store my thickers and other alpha stickers in two drawers of a multi drawer unit. They are roughly sorted with white, red, orange, pink, yellow, gold in one drawer and the remaining colours in the second drawer. There is no organisation beyond that although I would love the space to make it a true rainbow system.
I don't work with pre-purchased kits as a whole so while I may keep it together for a while to admire it I always break it up and add it to my stash to use it.

I keep my Thickers in a 31 Fold n File holder. I have 3. They fit Thickers perfectly! I also use 1 for embellishment stickers.
