I would like to find a file folder die. I found one that is a mini-size, but I would like a larger one as I'd like to use it to organize my embossing folders by embossing a piece of cardstock with an embossing folder, cutting out the file folder and then wrapping the embossing folder in the file folder. Then I can see the design of the folder.

Do you have a Cricut or Silhouette so you can use an SVG? Long ago when the Cricut MB was my online hang-out, I got an Cricut Design Studio file from okieladybug. I just did a quick search and she has an SVG file now. Here is the link A2 Embossing Folder sized File Folder. I don't know if this is what you were looking for or not. If you google "file folder SVG A2 Embossing Folders" you'll find others, too. Another person who I got a lot of SVGs from the SCAL website and Heather M. I made a bunch of them and embossed the actual folder front and swiped ink on them so I could see the design easily. I don't use that method of storage anymore, but I always liked how it turned out.

I think there is also a tool by WRMK that makes a tabbed edge cut. I saw it at Tuesday Morning a month or two ago and almost bought it. I think there is (or was) also a Tim Holtz die that makes a tabbed edge, too.
Neither makes the whole file folder, just the tabbed edge, so you can make your file folder any size.

Thanks, I don't have a computerized cutter, but did find the Tim Holtz one on Ebay for a pretty good price.

This was what I was going to suggest too. I think I’ve seen dies that will only cut a tabbed edge also.

I have the WRMK tab tool and the TH die. I like using them both for different reasons, the die is mostly used at home and the tool is portable...

Here are some pics from AliExpress.

If you have the WRMK envelope punch board there are tutorials on you tube for making file folder tabs.

Do you like those? I’ve had them in my cart for months and haven’t pushed buy yet. Is the size good for cards and scrapbook pages?
