I'm going on a yearly retreat at the end of April and usually take a small gift for my six table mates. I'm stumped for ideas this year! Last year I did a small box with chocolate (of course), a SU bone folder with a charm attached, hand cream and lip balm. Also a small spool of washi and some flowers. Any suggestions for this year? What would you love to get for a crop weekend? thanks

What is your budget ? What you've done in the past sounds great. What do you have around you as in stores? Do you have a las or a Michael's?

Small things I would love are some type of writing/journaling pen, a white pen, and enamel dots You can not go wrong with the pens and enamel dots...I would love to receive those. In general, I wouldn't want scrapping supplies (except for the pens and dots) because they may not be my style. For example, I don't like cutesy stuff...but everyone has their own style. I think you are on the right track with the hand lotion and lip balm.

How about a bottle of water, some teabags & coffee sachets, sweets, a chocolate bar, a muesli bar, travel pack of tissues, Tic Tacs, travel pack of Wet Wipes and some headache pills. Or more craft related, some bling, a flair badge, bottle of Nuvo Crystal Drops, black Sharpie, roll of washi tape, simple embellishments like hearts, stars or arrows, pom-pom trim or mini pom-poms are pretty cool right now. I'd probably just love a bag filled with chocolate and sweets hahaha!

I ordered some cute shaped soups from this etsy shop. Mine were the peep chicks, and individually wrapped and labeled, they were priced around $3 per item, which I thought was a great price. www.etsy.com/shop/AubreyEApothecary

This year I gave my table mates Swig cups. Other things I've done as crop gifts: Container Store mesh zipped pouches - people love these! white fine tip Sharpie paint pen or white Uniball Signo assorted labels enamel dots post-it note holder - a great way to use some stash and customize the colors for each friend small notebooks For treats, one year I made hot chocolate on a stick and homemade marshmallows and packaged it with a nip of Bailey's for a late night scrapping treat. Last year I made bags of ginger molasses granolaand this year I gave spiced nuts . Tied with a pretty bow and a tag it looks great sitting on the table. Or with Easter candy being on clearance, pastel M&Ms would be awesome (they are the prettiest of all the Ms, IMHO!) Nuovo drops is a great idea too.

These are things that I've received or given at past crops.
Not sure if this is in the budget but my first thought was travel mug or water bottle with everyone's name and the name of the crop/year. Or a tote bag with names/crop/year.
Less expensive things - M&M's, lip balm, nail clippers, nail file, sticky notes, hand sanitizer, travel pack of tissues. If you're sleeping over - ear plugs, sleeping mask
I would stay away from scrap supplies since I'm very picky on what I like.

a gold or silver pen, maybe wink of stella pen enamel dots (you can get the eyelet outlet brand on ACOT cheaper than other brands; if you give a partial pkg they'd be even cheaper) glue dots travel pouch of baby wipes. even if you don't work on messy things, they're great to have around.
some great ideas for you in this thread!

Most people have to write thank you cards once in a while. Can you make 18 of them and give them each three with some candy attached?

White pens run out quite fast. I would always like those.

Wow I want to go to a crop and end up on your table.
Here the crop organizer does a little goody bag of scrappy things but never the guests. Being expected to bring something would put me off going. To be honest if someone showed up with a little gift I would feel bad about not having something to give back.....if I even realize that it was from you and not the crop organizer.
Do you know the other ladies? Could you get things that you know fits their style?
Or perhaps a range of different things and encourage them to swap.
I wish my crop organizers would read this for the great ideas. 95% of stuff I get in goody bags is donated to my kid because it's not my style.

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback. Some great ideas here- I definitely prefer general use gifts than scrap specific- as lots of you mentioned everyone has their own styles. This is something I do as an Rak, certainly not an expectation or anything, but I love to get new ideas to do a good job to treat my buddies.

On my Instagram board Chunkacrafts you can see little gift projects I’ve made, needlecases, die storage jars, decorated notebooks and boxes. There might be something that sparks for you. I have instructions for many of them on my The Craft Blog gallery under the name Chunka. I’m sure anything you come up with will be gratefully received.
