I think it's pretty but it's kind of an odd choice to release right now, it seems more like a fall collection to me. What do you think? Full reveal on blog

their marketing language even says it has an 'autumn twist' and a 'cozy, fall richness.' I bet it was supposed to come out last fall, and there was some sort of issue that delayed it!!
I like the washi and some of the smaller details; but dang, the pink just won't go away, will it?!? At least this is a softer, blush sort of pink.

I think I'll need to see more before I make a decision. I always want to love these rich colors, but then I find that the aesthetic is a turn off because they usually end up shabby chic, which isn't me at all.
Maybe they want to get a leg up on the Autumn lines or have a deeper focus on Christmas for their summer releases?

Quite like the look of this although I don’t imagine I’ll end up buying any. It’s autumn here though so good timing from that point of view

If it comes in my kits, I’ll enjoy it. If not, I won’t seek it out.

It's nice and generic. Which makes it disappointing for a Pink Paislee release. I like them the most when they're not afraid of going thematic. But it's a lovely line nonetheless. Just not getting the usual subdued meets slightly edgy vibes Pink Paislee have gotten us used to. Definitely not meant to be a release for last autumn. Pink Paislee releases few lines compared to other SB companies. Last autumn they had the gorgeous Halloween-centric Spellcast which was my favourite SB release for 2017 (not that anyone cares #justblabbingatthispoint). But they didn't release a Christmas line. My bet is that Auburn Lane is so generic because it's meant to be their 2018 wedding/spring/autumn line (they seem to have figured out they'll sell more if they're releasing a line that isn't too specific). This seems to indicate they're going to have a Christmas collection this year (yay! #stillblabbing). Sorry, Pink Paislee lover speculating here...

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, it will be nice for me to be able to buy this line before autumn starts. I can see this line working well with the Maggie holmes flourish as well so nice to release it early for kit clubs that may be able to combine the two.

I can see it working for a wedding or even a prom. Anything that requires a little elegance.

I like it a lot. So many releases are more for scrapping kids and not being a mom I pass on a lot of them even if they’re cute. I could actually work with this one.

I use a lot of little boy stuff on LO's of my cat! I totally see wedding in this line but it would obviously have to suit the colours of the wedding. I do have a wedding album to do but the colour was purple (one of my least favourite colours which is probably why I haven't started yet) but I can see me picking up some of the neutrals in this collection for it and I could use the heck out of that black & white flower cluster!

I'm actually excited by this sneak and can't wait to see more of it. I really like the colours in the washi and the look of those floral embellishments and puffy stickers.

It's not really for me BUT I am so glad it exists - I like this type of line, earthier things for spring, rather than cutesy, and they can work in the fall too. This particular one just doesn't grab me, but I hope studios keep making more in this vein!

It's the kind of thing that I like to see when used by other people, but even though I think it's pretty it doesn't really fit my own scrappy aesthetic. ACOT has it on pre-order, if anyone wants to check out the full line. I do really like Paper 10 (the small, prairie-ish floral), Paper 7 (the triangles), and Paper 5 (the houses, but mostly for the b-side) and might pick even them up but only if they're in stock when I'm ordering something else. The copper-foiled vellum is lovely but I'd never be able to use it effectively. Oh my gosh I LOVE THIS. EEEK! That doesn't surprise me at all! Can't wait to see what you do with it.

jen schow did an unboxing click. i do think it's pretty but much too formal for anything i'd have to scrap.

I could use it for a wedding, but the pinks limit it.

Looks elegant and nostalgic. Since I don't see myself with photos of weddings or grads this year, and am not really into scrapping vintage photos, I probably won't be buying this. Pretty, though.

Really love that it isn't all pumpkins and fall leaves....pretty versatile it seems for the average scrapbooker.

So after watching the Jen Schow unboxing there's a couple of papers I really like, and I'll be adding the floral die cut pack to my wish list. I so wish I could buy the washi separately - there's a couple of designs I love and a couple that I'd donate straight away.

beautiful - but DD wore navy and silver to prom tonight so I'm going to keep looking for formal paper that'll work
