Thank you scrapnnana, you enabler, you!! I had a couple of things in my basket, including the cute little Paige Evans folded albums, so I'm glad to snag those at half price. But is it just me who gets irritated by Silhouette's insistence that these things are "free" because I pre-paid on a credit boost?! They are *not* free - I paid in advance. Gets me every time....Grrrrr!!

It's stupid to claim that it is free, since subscribers have had to pay in advance, but since regular cutting files cost me about about 8 cents instead of 99 cents (with the subscription I have), I can tolerate the stupidity.

Yes, TFS! Yes on the "free" stuff too. It's NOT free. I paid for it already!

Not only did I pay for it already, if I don't use it all they confiscate the rest of the money. Seems like they shouldn't expire after we pay for them.

I like to use these 50% off sales to purchase the svg files from some of the designs I already have. I can then cut them with my Cricut Explore. I use the credit boost option now, in the past I had a subscription.

Thanks for the heads up! I don't subscribe anymore ,just occasionally buy a credit boost and I had $5 left so I grabbed a few things from my wishlist.

What is a credit boost? I’ve never subscribed, I only used a gift card.

A credit boost is a bundle of store credits you purchase at a reduced price. You can get $30 of credits for $20, $50 of credits for $30, $75 of credits for $40, and $100 of credits for $50. They never expire.

yes pas2 and on occasion, they post still further discounts on the credit boosts, so they become even better value. I've had one for ages, buy very little and usually wait till there's some deal or other which reduces the prices significantly. Worth doing if you are an occasional purchaser like me IMHO - I'd never find enough to make a subscription worthwhile, but I've often got a couple of bits in my wishlist. Plus, when the price is reduced to pennies, it's not worth the hassle of creating some of those things myself...easier to buy them ready done.
