Since some of you keep up with everything new in the scrap world, what can you suggest that I could include as part of a birthday gift for my best scrapfriend? I already got her a gift cert to an LSS we are going to visit.
In the past, I have gotten her lots of NSBR gifts - Pandora charms, Alex and Ani bracelets, Coach wallets and little bags, Sephora gift certs, but I prefer to get something SBR if it is something recently released. I've had die cuts and personalized paper made for her.
She likes nice, quality things, can buy anything she wants, has one son in college, works as an accountant. She has been working on her life before marriage pics and she had quite a career. But I think that project is wrapping up. She's an amazing scrapper, used to be on design teams and published, but left all that behind. She is also not doing any stamping but likes dies like Spellbinders but I don't know what she has.
I'm kind of open to any interesting new releases, or just something you think based on my description that might be worth looking at.

Does she go to crops? You could get a rolling cart for not a lot of money. I use one and keep it packed with duplicates of tools, inks, chalks, various adhesives, scissors, post it notes and so on. I never have to pack for a crop except for replenishing the adhesives.
Or you could get a sweatshirt or t-shirt with some sort of scrappy design on it.

I have purchased the Raskog carts for friends and WRMK title positioners. I didn't know if I would like them, but I do. They are at Hobby Lobby. I think the glass mat would also be a good idea or the Oxide Distress inks (Michaels).

Does it have to be a scrap related gift?
How about a shared experience? Dinner or drinks, get your nails done, tickets to a show, etc.

OK, my newest favorite item is my TH/Tonic glass craft mat. I would also recommend the Stamp Platform. BUT, I just saw the WRMK USB power tools . It has a glue gun, a rotary tool and a fuse/wood burning tool. Of course all items are sold separately. What I usually buy my crafty friends is either a stamp and die set I know they don't have, or a gift certificate to a crafty shop.

I forgot about my new light! I bought this for when I go to friends houses to play. It's really bright, cordless and charges via USB. And they don't have to use it for just crafting. LED desk light

My friend bought me a class at crop last week where we made a 26 page travel book. Love it.

Does she have a folding Mac wagon? For someone who goes to retreats and crops, if she doesn’t already have one it would be an awesome gift. You can get them at places like Costco, Sam’s, even some hardware stores sell them for about $60. I love mine and people comment on it ALL the time. It’s great for loading and unloading my car, and I even leave some of my Iris bins in it and push it under the table when I’m working to keep things accessible and close by.

We have three of these in our household. One for each of our vehicles and a really dirty one for gardening.
