i just bought a bunch of designs, but they are not showing up in my Recent Downloads folder. I waited. I tried to recover them. Both times there is a grayed out message saying something about a translation error. When I try to click on the "Contact us" link, I get a blank white box.
I assume they are getting lots of shoppers during the sale. Maybe it overwhelmed the servers. But I can't get the files I ordered, and yes, I do have a recent version of the software in case anyone asks. The files are supposed to download automatically. They usually do. Just not tonight.
Anyone else having a problem with their site tonight?

I was having a problem downloading yesterday - I couldn't log into the cloud for several hours - but I finally got my files. I know from the facebook page that there were many who couldn't even get onto the Silhouette website and others who could, but couldn't check out or download. No answers from Silhouette, but a general concensus that we were likely overloading the system.

When I click the download button in my cart I get a "Preparing download. Please wait..." message. It spins for 2 seconds, then nothing. My files aren't in my library and no further messages. I guess i'll wait and see if they show up tomorrow. : : SaveSave

I'm on a PC, but I finally just closed the program last night, shut down the computer, and then tried again today. My missing designs showed up a minute or two after I opened the Silhouette software today.

Went back on tonight just before bed. I tried to buy a couple more files. The site was down. I definitely think it's overwhelmed.

I am having an issue with the updated software, which has corrupted my library (again!) The chat support from Heather only goes so far...basically, I need to delete and rebuild the library, which I know I can do but it so annoys me that I have to!! So, I mutter on the chat line to them, I say how annoyed I am and they give me a workaround that involves closing the programme and at the same time, closing the chat....I think it's just a wizard wheeze to get rid of me *sigh*
