We have some of the world's loudest birds here. Then in a display of featherhood we have flocks of geese and ducks that fly overhead making a huge noise.

We've had a bird in our tree singing every morning from 1:30-5:00. He's trying to get laid, I wish some lady bird would just hook up with him so he can shut up. Although now it's getting too warm to have the windows open anyway.

I not 100% sure but I think that is a Cardinal. Ha ha now I'm going to hear "hamburger hamburger hamburger chips chips chips chips"! Oh wait!!! It's cheeseburger, not hamburger! Cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheeseburger, chips, chips, chips, chips. That’s the John Belushi bird!

I have the same thing at my house. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so loud.

You have always been a part of the heist. You're only mad now because you don't like your cut.

I love the mockingbirds in the morning. It always makes me think that spring is really here. I usually wake up to them singing when its still dark outside but then turn over and go back to sleep. I always think of warm spring breezes when I hear them, since once it gets hot my windows are closed and I don't hear them.

I remember the Friends episode, but I first thought of the Big Bang Theory episode where Sheldon gets the new office and there's a mockingbird outside his office window driving him crazy.
I must admit that the birds normally don't wake me up, but once I'm up I do notice them. Now if you have peacocks, those things could wake the dead. We were on vacation in Punta Cana and one let loose before dawn and I sat straight up in bed & thought what the heck?!
Once while on vacation in St. Maarten, there was a rooster that would start in the morning and go all day until almost evening. It was really hard to relax/nap with his cock-a-doodle-do and screeching non-stop. I even made a scrapbook layout about him.

i have one little bugger that starts around 4:30am, in a bend it the neighbours eavestrough right outside my window. it's a cute little thing that just gives 'er - pretty much ALL.DAY.LONG. i wanna throttle that cute little bird's feathery neck every, single morning. ugh.
that bird is the 50 something guy that hangs out at my local coffee shop where i go to work. he talks to anyone about anything - LOUDLY. when someone new walks in he cranes his neck to see if he can catch their attention and once he does, watch out. he is a lawyer and knows everything about, well, everything. i have work to do so plug in my headphones when i see he is there.
