I learned my lesson today. Dug out a Gossamer Blue kit only to find that the chipboard stickers no longer are as sticky as they should be. Had a problem with the rubber embellishments too. The adhesive stuck to the packaging. Now I'm trying to use everything up.
On a brighter note I finished my MIL's album. I'd post pics but I'm on my Kindle.

I have quite a few items like that. Thankfully many things can be salvaged. I love being able to use something I thought was ruined!

I just started scrapbooking again after a long break. I’ve been finding lots of things that are pretty dried up! I had to throw away a couple of half used Xerox cartridges because they were jammed up and I had to add adhesive to sticker letters. And is it just me or are Thickers not very sticky? I just bought a package yesterday and had a letter falling off the layout today.

Since I’m way out of the loop...which liquid glue do you recommend? I’m afraid that what I have has solidified. 😊

This is why I don’t sub. I d always want to buy other papers and things I like and would just end up with a super stash.
Tombow liquid glue is good.

I had to stop my subs because I just couldn't keep up. What once felt like fun, getting a package to open and explore, started to feel overwhelming and I spent more time trying to figure out the best way to store rather than use them. Had get off that train!!

Had get off that train!! I completely agree with you. I also kept buying warehouse boxes on top of the subs so now I have way too much stuff. I'm hoping to put a dent in some of it over the summer. However, it's fun finding stuff that I just "had to have" and have now completely forgotten about.

Yikes...I am glad I really never jumped fully into warehouse boxes! But I have to watch myself when things are retiring or closing...Gossamer blue for example...that rings the what if I can't get it bell for me!! Yikes!!

Where were you with this advice when I was still actively scrapping? I couldn't part with anything nice - always saving it for an important time....
