Purchased lots of stamps and alphas, but it only worked for me because of the free shipping (in the US). $43 for shipping seems crazy. International shipping is so expensive - ugh!!!

I am a little disappointed, I ordered some 12x12 Paper and it was shipped in a thin cardboard envelope with do not bend written on it. It of course was bent. I have two huge folds on both sides of the papers that go all th way through all the sheets. A think piece of cardboard needs to be used for shipping paper. If this is how Paper always shipped I would never to be able to purchase online and really it’s the only way now a days. This is my first order with them and I did email them so we’ll se.

I’ve had them ship that way several times, usually on smaller orders. I’ve been lucky nothing has been damaged. I hope you get this resolved quickly and easily.

I did hear back and they said they are out of the collection I ordered and can send me another one or refund. I am just gonna take another collection, the paper wasn’t expensive of course and I can’t see not liking whatever they send.

I ordered on Monday and my order arrived yesterday. I ordered some puffy alphas, silicone charms, embroidered patches and 2 inserts. I love everything and am really impressed with the silicone charms and the embroidered patches. I wish they had more to choose from of both these products. I don't know what I'm going to use the inserts for, but they were so cute.
Definitely will be watching their site for new offerings.

I managed to place an order that I'm happy with while staying inside the $15.2 international shipping charge. It was a bit of a challenge but I got there eventually. Everything coordinates with this year's PL album (home-made with pretty papers) and will be used for that project (+ a mini album) except for one chipboard alpha set and the extra pack of wood veneer hearts. #thisishowIroll Internationals beware: the die cut shape packs don't all add the same weight to the parcel. I had to switch several times before I found one that didn't make my shipping total jump to $23. Mila and Joy die cut shapes weigh less (per the Felicity Jane shipping calculator anyway) than Henley (boo, I wanted those ) or Heidi. This is great, but also damn it! LOL. Now I need to decide if I'm gonna place a second order and pay shipping twice. I emailed her and asked her if she'd let me combine orders. This is about the time I emailed her yesterday and got a reply this morning saying it was no problem. You just might have the same luck. She asked me to write a note in the order asking to combine them, but I never got a 'notes' box to type anything in. I think it's because I used PayPal...hopefully my follow up email giving her the order numbers is good enough...I carefully looked at every page and never saw one. She combined them for me. Thanks for the suggestion!

I filled my cart and then all of the sudden I wasn't feeling it. I felt like I was just buying stuff because it was cheap lol. I flew the coup. Um yeah...remember when I said this? Five days on and my order is still unfulfilled. I ordered a small order on Wednesday and caved in and made a large order on Friday. So it’s only been 2.5 business days since my Wednesday order, and not even 1 business day since my Friday order. This is this a big sale, so I expect longer wait times on these orders, and I’m okay with that.

That is unfortunate gigi. Mine ought to be a large enough order to need a box simply due to weight and whatnot, however, mine has been in the hands of USPS awaiting acceptance (most likely hasn't made it to the main carrier facility) for a few days now. I'm not too thrilled about it because the typical way they handle it is to insist nothing is wrong but that they will open a claim and then magically it starts to move. Then they tell you 'see, nothing was wrong' when in reality, it was my call that prompted them to actually figure out why the package was stalled in the first place, not that I had bad timing.
ETA: I decided to go ahead and call to get it over with and the wait time was between 1hr 3 and 1hr 6 minutes. No option for a call back at that time was provided. Holy crap.

I’m a fan and supporter of FJ but this isn’t right. Lost packages that are marked as delivered?...well I can see how she may be reluctant, especially if there is no proof that it wasn’t delivered. But damaged packages, especially due to poor packaging, should be 100% her responsibility. I am greatly disappointed to hear this, and if this kind of customer service continues from FJ, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

And I just called my local office to look up tracking so I didn't have to sit on hold for ages only to find out even though tracking says the package has been accepted, it actually hasn't even left her hands.

This is purely speculative, but I would think that given her sale, plans to halt production while she relocates and the intention of having fewer things to move that there is a good chance she is utilizing boxes for larger orders so she has enough boxes for them and doesn't need to purchase more.

FWIW, my order got here Saturday and it was all there and nothing damaged. BUT I didn't order any large paper, so there was no chance it would be packaged too flimsily.
(Now, I got an order through Joann and an order through Amazon today BOTH damaged. Tins bent in from Amazon - in a box, so they were packed damaged before they were sent - and J's idiot pullers stuffing 12x6 sticker sheets in a 10" box so it all arrived bent. ARGGG.)

My FJ order showed this weekend as being fulfilled but not sent (or words to that effect) basically hadn't been picked up yet ..and then lo and behold it arrived today ....so I think her notification system is downright weird. My order despite being pretty light was in a pizza box but it also had a sizable thumb shaped hole in the top. I haven't opened the box yet as I am going to wait until tomorrow. Just to spin out the suspense. Esp since I wasn't expecting it for another week at least.
