She told me lost or damaged parcels are not her responsibility. And as a one time curtesy refunded me the price of one missing item and the papers Yeah I was quite surprised at her reply to be honest Unfortunately I'm not surprised as this was the same response I got to my missing Dec kit order. It took me two months to get a refund after I first emailed her to request info on my lost order. It's disappointing to hear this brush off is her standard response to these queries. I agree with sleepingbooty - it is her responsibility to pack the products to ensure they arrive at the destination safely.

Oh Chinagirl828 I remember what a terrible time you had with your DD stuff. What a mess this is for everyone with damaged/missing items not to mention unacceptable customer service.

I got my shipping notification today. My goodies are coming soon. Yay! Mine FINALLY started to move late yesterday. It's in my city already and due to arrive tomorrow. I cannot wait for it. It's the single largest purchase I have made in a really long time and it's the first time in a while I haven't felt extreme guilt in buying anything outside of my AE and ES kits.

I was finally able to pick up my big sale order at the post office yesterday and I'm thrilled with everything. This order came in a box, but I've gotten FJ paper orders in an envelope in the past and they have always arrived in perfect condition. I'm sorry to hear other people have not been so lucky.
What surprised me the most from my sale items was the "slightly imperfect" A5 planner I picked up. I've been over that planner several times, even under my OTT magnifying light, and I cannot for the life of me find anything wrong with it. It looks perfect to me which made it an even better deal.

I opened my FJ order today. It's my 1st ever and I was blown away by the quality of her products and I super loved that the stamps came in their own Avery Elle type storage envelopes. I was missing my Xmas rubber charms but I already got a response and they will send in the mail. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely buy from FJ again. One last thing - I also like that the cards are a white white. My only regret is that I didn't buy more in the sale as I was somewhat reserved, I would trade my recent PF purchase in for more FJ product in a heart beat.

My second order finally shipped today as well. I had to go back and buy a stamp set that I passed on the first time, but regretted! Of course a few other things landed in my cart, too.

My order is out for delivery and I have to say, the only terrible thing about our new mailbox having the extra spaces for packages is that it leaves me constantly refreshing my tracking number. I can usually hear the mail carrier drive past (very distinct sound) but sometimes I miss it. I really want my order, but I also don't want to leave stamps in a metal box in 90+ degree weather.

The entirety of my 2nd order is not here in spite of her emailing me when it shipped stating she made a note and combined them. And all of the die cuts are cream based and essentially unusable for me. I'm quite disappointed in the poor quality of her die cuts and the one sheet of chipboard stickers I picked up.

I placed a small order and got a few TN's. Two of them are shorter than 8.25". Did anyone else order some TN's to check if theirs is shorter than 8.25"? The entirety of my 2nd order is not here in spite of her emailing me when it shipped stating she made a note and combined them. And all of the die cuts are cream based and essentially unusable for me. I'm quite disappointed in the poor quality of her die cuts and the one sheet of chipboard stickers I picked up. Yes I don't like that they are cream based. But I saw the newest one, Brie, in a video and they look white based. It wasn't Jen Schow's video (I hate her lighting) so I'm not sure how true to color it is. I'm hopeful that FJ has changed it to a white base.

Now that you mention it - I got two TNs refills from them; one is 8.125 inches tall, while the other is closer to 8.14. Both 4.25 wide though.

Sorry to hear about the damaged orders. I’ve only ordered from FJ a few times and everything’s been fine. Now I’m a little wary after hearing about CS issues. Too bad since I love her products.

Sorry to hear about the damaged order gigi333. I've only ordered a couple of times in the distant past (thankfully without issue) but this no responsibility for poorly packaged items really puts me off.

She sent my replacement items (and put them in a box even though I only had one pack of paper that was 3.25...the rest was all small stuff) and included a pack of her stamp pockets as an apology, I'm assuming. Four of the stamp sets I received in my first order came in those pockets and they are too small for me to use with my stamps (not uniform with my other 4x6 stamps so they'd get lost and/or drive me nuts) but I did hang onto them for use with die cuts. The size is nice enough that they may even make good temporary housing for my Ali Edwards SBTM kits instead of keeping them in the brown paper bags those are shipped in. Especially now that I have so many more.
I am quite relieved that she sent the replacements, but am also happy with the fact that she sent them in a box instead of an envelope (I wouldn't have complained if it had come in one and gotten damaged...only would have complained if something were missing).
If anyone is still interested in some of the things in the shop, she is doing BOGO free on some of the alphas at the discounted price. I didn't pick any up outside of the one full kit I purchased because they were still too expensive, but I'll be honest and say that at the lower price, they are much more tempting.

11 days on and a shipping label has been created but the parcel hasn't been handed over to USPS yet. Appalling for $15.2 in shipping. Not impressed at all by FJ's service so far, I'm sorry to say. I know there's a sale going on but 11 days, very expensive shipping and nothing? Yikes. I doubt I'll shop during a FJ sale again.

I don't mean to moan and complain but it's such a small order without any paper or cards. Just a few stamps sets, a couple of chipboard alphas, a pack of die-cuts, some small wood and chipboard hearts. That's it. Don't make your international customers pay premium shipping for barely any weight but then leave them hanging. Oh well, I'll survive but I'll be very wary of spending money with her again.

I have a cart full just waiting for me to hit order. And yes, even including the "Imperfect TN's" like the ones I complained about. :/ But seeing how long you are waiting, now I'm reconsidering...

I'm guessing she'll have far less orders to work through for the second half of the sale and will likely prepare the last parcels much closer to the order date than when I placed mine (and hopefully hand those over to USPS quicker too). I wouldn't want to stop you from placing an order with FJ, especially if you've found goodies you really like. Just sharing my own experience and frustration.

Thanks guys, I went and checked out the sale shortly after it was posted here and got earlier this week my order, I love the papers I bought and the one stamp set that I ordered, perfect for making some birthday cards (and using on some LOs). The papers will be perfect for some cards also so I ordered one double package of holiday paper.
