I'm looking for an older style 6X8 album to cut down to 3X8.
I'd go with simple stories/snap but I feel like the fabric spine would look weird without as much kraft to the right when 3 inches is cut off.
If I'm going to manipulate an album to get what I want, I don't feel like messing with page protectors too. I will already be doing that some and I don't want each page to have washi to cover up holes.
I don't like the albums that sc has in stock now. Anyplace to get older styles with the 6 rings that will match up the 3x8 page protectors?

Peachy Cheap sometimes has SC albums, but I don’t know if they’ve had the 6-ring ones. A lot of planners have 6-rings if you can find one that isn’t padded.
Any standard 2-ring album will also work since the 6-ring proectors line up with them (you just have 4 extras holes you don’t need, but no re-punching needed).

I found one by echo park that has two rings. All kraft in color. Good idea!!
I'm considering going 4X6 and getting the simple stories/snap journal. Then I'll just do 3X8 some other time.

I think SC/Inked is the only company that does 6 holes. Echo Park, Simple Stories, and Project Life all do 2 holes in the same spot. I've done a few SS 4x6 albums and love them including 2 December Dailies. I'm about to try my first 3x8, but I think 4x6 will be a lot easier to work with.
