It is horrifying to see the videos. From the experience of family members, I know what flooding can do.
I am sad for those people.

One of my best crafting buddies lives there. She's safe, but that poor community. I love downtown Ellicott City. When I first moved to Maryland while we were military, I'd go there almost every weekend to shop, eat and play. I hope they can rebuild and also take steps to plan for the next big flood/s.
I saw Jose Andres was putting together some people to feed those helping with clean up and recovery.

I saw the flooding this am on GMA - how horrible! And this after having to rebuild just from two years ago? Whats a gut punch.

My cousin lives in EC, she's high and dry..but wow, how sad for the beautiful downtown to be dealing with this again!
