I recently uploaded my scrapbook LO's from 2008, 09 and 10 to FB (mainly to have them stored somewhere online!) and this one from 2010 got the most comments by a mile. So I thought I'd use it as a June challenge here! I'd love to see what you do with it   |

That one was before Nuvo Dots, I used to do borders of dots instead, this one has white dots and then a white line border. Oh and those photo turns, I wish someone would bring them back, I love them so much! |

They do do them for picture framing, but they're small and usually gold. Those arrow ones were 7Gypsies I think, but American Crafts did packs of larger turns in bright colours and that big silver one down by the heart, I think that was 7Gypsies as well? My Mum got me loads in NZ last year but they're not the cool shapes like these ones. I keep thinking they'll come back in style but they haven't yet and my supplies are dwindling  |

I love that page! I used to love photo turns too. But all mine were more traditional. I love the arrow turns.

Okay here is my very loose version of the scraplift kiwigirl...didn't have photo turns and not a great dot maker but at least I used up some enamel dots.   |

Oh seriously, you'd think this would be easy for me since I made the original right? It wasn't. I pfaffed about and couldn't decide for ages! I definitely did some nods to the original with my Thicker choices - and what does it say about me that I still have the Thickers in my stash 8 years later? Hoarder much? Mind you, I don't think I've ever got rid of Thickers, I love them too much! It is all straight in real life too, I just couldn't take a proper square photo and gave up trying.  |

I used Nuvo dots around the edge and also the edge of the circle with the heart on it. There's no dots on the Thickers, those ones are some Fancy Pants ones. I used them last month on a LO and loved them, so I ordered 2 more packs from the US lol! On this LO, the 'I' is the same Thickers as 'Love' in the original, and 'couldn't' in the original and 'more' in this one are the same font, just different colours. I do have stocks of photo turns, just not many really cool ones left now unfortunately. I have loads like the blue one and silver one on here but not many cool arrows and things like that |

Love the inspiration! Woodsybetty - I don't think your interpretation is "loose" at all - bold strips, colours, great LO!

I got inspired!! And I totally stole your title too!!! These pictures are from 2009, I think.   Also, those chipboard letters are from 2005!!! The other white stickers are also ancient (Wordsmith). The dot paper on my son’s page is Chatterbox from way back in the beginning of their run. I did use new washi though!! |

KelleeM great LO's! They both look fab and I am pretty sure I stole the title from Kristina Contes way back in the day lol! I have a little book and I write down cool titles if I see them cause they're hard to come up with sometimes eh!

LisaDV just pointed out that she could see the scraplift LO in this LO and she's so right, I was obviously chanelling myself lol! To be fair, a whole lot of my LO's are based on a rectangle on one side but I think I was really thinking about the scraplift when I threw this together yesterday! So I'll have another point lol!
