It just occurred to me that I really must set this as a challenge! Use some Nuvos on your LO for 1 point  Of course if you don't have any, substitutions are welcome but I'd love to see people breaking out the Nuvo dots this month  |

I think the first time I did one it took me two shifts to get down one side of 12x12 and I'd get hand cramp real bad. And I'd also be thinking what on earth did I start this for!??! Especially when I'm doing a multicolour one. One of my first multicolour ones I did about 5 or 6 colours, I loved it, it was amazing, I put it somewhere to dry and OH leaned on it and ruined one whole side! I managed to cut that side of the border off, re-do and attach and nobody will ever know (but us!). I remember my Grammy having this picture on her wall when I was really little, it had a line of little coloured dots on it. She would pick me up and I would run my fingers over those dots cause I thought they were sweets. I think that is where my inspiration for doing lines of dots came from! |

She would pick me up and I would run my fingers over those dots cause I thought they were sweets. I think that is where my inspiration for doing lines of dots came from! That's such a sweet memory. Used a ton of nuvo drops on the Lemonade layout I posted in the gallery (already shared it in a few threads lol) I used the crystal ones for the first time in a blue and they are stunning!

My first LO of the month and I scraplifted my scraplift challenge. But I used Nuvos around the patterned paper instead of white Sharpie dots and I put white Nuvo dots on the circle with the heart too.  |

Two more gorgeous LO's, ecvnj58! That sunburst is a stunning backdrop for the heart doilies and that lovely photo of the bride. And so much love in the photo on the second page. Using Nuvo drops on the flowers is a great idea. |

Here is my Nuvo challenge layout...I only have 3 colors but I used 2 of them here...one photo is crooked but I couldn't pull it up without damaging the photo collage so I am embracing my imperfection!~! LOL!  |

kiwigirl left love on the scraplift challenge, but I really love the eye catching dynamics of your lift. ecvnj58, love the soft stripe background and how you made a starburst, the doilies, and your cluster on the dream page. I live the 1/3 page design on the second and how the elements pop up at different levels and that green floral paper. FurryP, I’d love to see how you use them on a card! woodysbetty, such a lovely page. I love the photo collage and the scatter of hearts.

Amazing LO's ecvnj58 , I adore both of them, such pretty colours and wonderful designs, great work! woodysbetty it doesn't look bad being a bit crooked at all, good on you embracing it! Great LO, fab design, it looks awesome! Here's one I did for the hoarding challenge but it has Nuvos on it of course. Can you see where I whanged them up by resting my hand on them?  |

grr, i have a LO just waiting for some cute lil dots and the 2 colors i want to use are not cooperating at all  both are flowing smoothly and aren't thick but they're making chocolate chips instead of dots. if only i were doing a LO about hershey's kisses or chocolate chip cookies! i did a bunch of test drops before going near my LO and i have left them alone, so hopefully they'll get their act together and level out. so far nothing, but i have hope. |

If they're coming out mis-shapen, there's probably some gunk in the nozzle. I would push the nozzle off (push it sideways and it should come off easily) and push a pin through from the underside, usually it will push a little bit of gunk out and then you'll get proper round dots again. Good luck! I do know of your struggles lol! Honestly, since I've been storing my bottles upside down, I hardly have any problems anymore. It is such a shame cause those lids are so pretty but I'll take the easy life over pretty any day! |

I emailed myself saying 'do a LO in purple, orange and white' and it's been sitting in my in-box for weeks now! We don't really do Halloween in the UK or NZ so I've never bought a collection lol! |

thank you obi-wan kiwigirl! i cleaned out all the nozzles and bottle necks of all my drops and now they all work perfectly  i had taken the pretty tops off after reading your blog posts, so hopefully the cleaning out and being upside down will keep them working |
