This is Seniors Week in Alberta, filled with activities--mostly eating, I notice--for those of us who are 55+ years of age.
This challenge is to create a project for or about a 55+ person in your life. OR about a high school senior if that is more your thing.
Bonus point if you highlight a Senior Moment: something that epitomizes the group of people you are featuring. For me, it might be a "Where's Waldo" kind of photo where the point is to find a particular item on my desk...
Bonus point if you use the colour GREY somewhere on your project.

Wow, KelleeM! You are FAST! I left for supper and returned to an awesome 2 page spread! I love the colour scheme and the way you used the matting to tie both pages together.

KelleeM, beautiful double pager! I 💗 the shaped bracket style paper with the rectangle and then circular elements. stinkerbelle, I’m in the same boat too young for a page about myself but definitely have more than my fair share of senior moments

Yup grammadee that's us...and of course we are both middle kids so there are far fewer photos of us so the grunge thing worked with the quality of those small pics. I was born in 62 and DH in 61!! It was fun to play around with everything LisaDV stinkerbelle and I normally struggle with titles but this one made complete sense and the page came together really fast... MY DH still has that big smile too!!

@ woodsbetty- Now isn't that the cutest thing ever. You have inspired me to do something I have wanted to do with some similar pics for such a long time... I hope to be able to do it & share here. @ KelleeM - I have enjoyed so much the love story of you & DH. This was definitely a worthy layout. I'm so glad you are scrapping again. Here is my take on a wonderful trip I took with some of my oldest friends, quite literally & figuratively. We all have October birthdays. (I can't help but point out that I am the youngest.) We used to get together & celebrate every year, but have all moved from the neighborhood & Church where we all met. So this is the first time we have all been together for about 5 years. We spent 5 days in Steamboat Springs-& boy were there some hilarious senior moments- mostly filling in a word in a conversation that one of us couldn't remember & the 7 trips up the elevator for things we forgot to take on our hike! For these I am going to earn Many points: Senior Moments-2, Out & About -3, 4 or more pictures-3, Foodie-1, posting-3 & creating=3, for a grand total of 15 points. This challenge is pretty easy for me-. Almost every layout with me or DH or our friends would qualify- LOL....but the focus of these layouts are the gals I watch Denver Bronco games with. We live all over the country & very rarely are together for a game. ( We all watch on TV & make comments on EVERY play via our Bronco Buddies group on Facebook.) This was a rare get together for us. We went for a tour downtown Denver to fan watch via the rapid transit & then watched the game together. One of the highlights that I didn't scrapbook, (but did a video) was us singing the national anthem. most of us were in choir together. our blend was beautiful. For the Challenge I am taking 2 points for creating, 2 for posting, Senior Moments=2 points, Out & About=2 points, Foodie=2 points, Multiphoto=2 points; for a total of 12 points June Challenge by Pati Nuce, on Flickr June Challenge by Pati Nuce, on Flickr

patin those page are stupendous...love the colors and totally appreciate that most of your pages meet this me too!! Yes, kiwigirl it is old basic grey...early my scrapping years I could not pass up any distressed or grunge look! Still like it but now I like bright color pops too!! But it was nice to use up some older stash!!

Well, here I am again, with my senior friends. Our friends came to visit & honestly, they were so tired they didn't want to do any sightseeing, So we took them around our little town, the geological park you can see from the car, taught them how to play dominoes & then, yes, eating- lots & lots of eating. Another post for me on this challenge. I grabbed the extra point to highlight because this is me and all my cousins circa 1963...posted it to my family reunion page for fun. It also met the washi, hoarding and patterned paper challenges. Total 7 pts. Cousins by Marybeth Cully, on Flickr

Thanks gramma, My Pop loved his camera and in his later years really loved scanning and fixing old family photos...I have digital copies of all of them...
