Hey BBBFF's! Well, finally the HG's made a smart move and got Frankie out of the house Too bad it was with a fake audience and so there was a lot of undeserved cheering Derrick is HOH and he has nominated Caleb and Victoria ... POV was played and it was won by Cody ... of course he won't use it because he would be the replacement nominee Cody is the only HG that will vote tonight ... who do you think he'll send packing? Stats in the house: HOH: Derrick On the block: Caleb and Victoria POV: Cody Have a great day everyone! Leanne

ha, that fake audience, did they think that would fool anyone? Considering they didn't show any actual people. It was very lame.
If Cody is smart, he'll get Caleb out. I can't imagine who would vote for Victoria. She is there by dumb luck only.

I hope it is Victoria that is voted out, but I have a feeling it will be Caleb.

reading feeds from Jokers...... What is the deal with Victoria and her extensions? She had a convo with Derrick about them. Did she have cancer or something?

I think it will be Caleb also. I think Derrick could beat Caleb at F2 but not Cody.

Cody would be smart to get rid of Caleb, but I hope he votes out Victoria instead. Caleb is more pleasing to the eye (to me, anyway!).

from Jokers:
Wed 3:10 AM BBT Derrick was telling Victoria she shouldn't be ashamed of taking out her hair extensions in front of the guys. - eureca Victoria telling him what happened to her hair was traumatizing and that he will understand when they get out of the BB house. She says its been 3 years since her hair fell out. Victoria tells him that its taking forever for her hair to come back and that she is bleeding all the time. She says its a huge insecurity and she is very traumatized about it.
Derrick tells her that even though she doesn't take her extensions out in front of the HG's that the live feeders see her. Victoria says a lot of times they don't put the camera on her and that she has never spoken about it in the DR. Derrick again says she has nothing to be insecure about. She says its just a uncomfortable feeli... Victoria telling him what happened to her hair was traumatizing and that he will understand when they get out of the BB house.
She says its just a uncomfortable feeling and that she wouldn't want to be explaining to everyone what happened. Derrick says he thinks the HG's left already know. She says she doesn't think Caleb knows.
Victoria says she thinks Amber knew about her hair. And that Amber would ask Victoria about it in front of people and it would frustrate her. Victoria explaining to Derrick how her hair was her everything and when she lost it she lost everything.
Derrick asked Victoria if she lost her hair just on her head or everywhere. She says she will tell him afterwords because she doesn't want people to connect the dots. She mentions that she was so happy when they found her to be on the show but that last minute she almost didn't come on because of her hair issue.
Victoria says she told Nicole about her hair issue right away because she needed someone to watch the bathroom door for her while she blow dried her hair. She tells Derrick she can't blow dry her hair when her extensions are in. She says she can't look at herself in the mirror with her short hair and that she hates herself with short hair.
Victoria mentioned she spends $600 every 2 to 3 months on hair extensions and that her parents get very frustrated with her about it. Derrick says so you are paying about $2400 a year. He says he doesn't think its that much if it makes her feel better about herself.
Derrick told her that he will find a guy that will love her for her and tell her to take her hair extensions out because he likes her real hair. Victoria says she hopes so. Derrick promises she will. Victoria gives him a hug and tells him she loves him. She went into the HOH bathroom to shower and blow dry her hair. Derrick tells her goodnight from the HOH bed.
After Victoria was done she came out and showed Derrick her hair with the HOH room light off. He told her she has a ton of hair. She tells him to touch it and he says she shouldn't be self conscious about it and that she has a lot of hair. He tells her he is going to sleep and that she completely over exaggerated and that her hair looks great

I think Victoria had cancer and lost all her hair, that's the feeling I am getting from their conversation.
Too bad we didn't get to see a "real audience" reaction to Frankie's eviction last night. The audience they used just fed his ego.

Tuesday Feed Highlights from Big Brother Network
The Big Brother 16 Live Feeds finally made a comeback after the feed outage and it sounds like we have a good idea of who the final three will be following tonight’s live eviction and the latest Veto Ceremony. Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house yesterday. Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Tuesday, September 16, 2014: 9:03 PM BBT – Feeds return. Derrick is in the HOH room alone. Cody and Caleb are talking in the living room. 9:27 PM BBT – Caleb asks Cody if Victoria has talked to him about his vote (indication that Cody won the Power of Veto). 9:30 PM BBT – Cody mentions he hasn’t been called to the DR yet. Derrick tells Cody they always save the winner for last, confirming Cody won the Power of Veto. 9:35 PM BBT – Caleb is laughing at the fact that Victoria is going to campaign to stay. Caleb acts like this is all a done deal. 10:30 PM BBT – Cody and Derrick talking about things Frankie said before he left. He asked them why they should have his jury vote and also claims that he can get the jury to vote how he wants them to vote. 10:40 PM BBT – Derrick tells Victoria that she has a good shot at staying. Derirck isn’t telling her anything for sure, but he said Cody has a big opinion on why it wouldn’t be good for Caleb to stay. Derrick says he pushed Victoria staying to Cody. 10:44 PM BBT – Now Derrick is coaching Victoria on her speech to Cody. 11:11 PM BBT – Cody and Derrick talking about evicting Caleb. Cody is trying to figure out what to say to Caleb. Sounds like he’s toast. 11:30 PM BBT – Derrick doesn’t want Cody to mention the Hitmen, but Cody says he already put it in his goodbye message. 11:38 PM BBT – Caleb practicing what he’s going to say to Cody in the final veto ceremony. 11:48 PM BBT – Everyone hanging out in the HOH room. Not a lot of talk going on. 1:30 AM BBT – Cody says he doesn’t think Victoria would take him to F2, but he’s okay with keeping her because she’d be easier to beat in F3. 2:15 AM BBT – Derrick again telling Victoria that he doesn’t know what Cody will do but he has been helping her case with Cody. 2:20 AM BBT – Victoria doesn’t think she could beat Derrick at the F2, but he’s suggesting it is possible if she wins some of these last comps. He points out it’d be hard for her to beat Cody though since he has so many wins. 2:40 AM BBT – Victoria tries to suggest she’d give Derrick some of her prize money if she won, but he reminds her you can’t say that. 3:30 AM BBT – HGs are finally out for the night. Big day ahead of them tomorrow. It sounds Caleb will be the next person headed to jury, which almost guarantees us that Derrick will be in the Final Two. Cody will probably join him, unless something weird happens during the final HOH.

reading feeds from Jokers...... What is the deal with Victoria and her extensions? She had a convo with Derrick about them. Did she have cancer or something? I haven't seen anything about cancer. Early in the season, I read something that said she lost all of her hair at one point, not all that long ago, and currently has extensions. There is a type of Alopecia that is linked to stress. Considering her princess demeanor, I wonder if something big happened in her life that stressed her to the point of a physical reaction?

I'm not sure what exactly happened with Victoria's hair but I'm amazed that she managed to deal with extensions all summer ... I couldn't do it

We were gone until quite late last night, so I didn't get to watch the show, or get involved here, but I have read all the updates. Personally, I'm kind of glad that Frankie had the fake audience. Because of that, he continues to have the false perception that America is in love with him. His next interaction with people will be on finale night, where we know that audience isn't fake. Hopefully Frankie gets his first dose of 'America's opinion' then, with lots of people there AND tuned in on tv to see it.

Won't the finale audience be primarily past houseguests, friends and family of this years cast?

I saw Victoria without her extensions in the HOH bathroom at least once and her hair is shoulder length and she looks very cute without the extensions. It's too bad she doesn't see that. Her identity is completely tied to her hair in an unhealthy way.
At this point, there's no way that Derrick won't be in the final 2 and most likely will win. Both Cody and Victoria will take him. If he gets final HOH, I predict he'll take Victoria because he knows he'll win against her. He will for sure win against Cody.
While I think he has played a good game, I don't like the game he has played. His manner of manipulation makes me very uncomfortable.

Only reason I'm sad to see Frankie go, is that Caleb will be next. I do believe Frankie would've voted out Derrick. I didn't want Frankie to win, but I would like to see Caleb stay longer.
In the future, If you don't win anything, you shouldn't be allowed to get to the end. I would love to see the guys who fight the hardest and win the comps, be the ones standing in the end.
Burning Feather, I agree with this. Speaking of Derrick. "While I think he has played a good game, I don't like the game he has played. His manner of manipulation makes me very uncomfortable."

I kind of agree with BF and gossamer about Derrick's manipulation, it's a little creepy, but maybe I don't mind it so much since it made for literally the only strategic game play this summer. And perhaps the fact that it wasn't used on me! lol
I never realized all the drama surrounding Victoria's extensions, I actually think they are not all that great/in great condition. I can't imagine going to all that work all summer, why not get professional extensions put in? Perhaps they wouldn't last that long?

I think Derrick's game play is more obviously manipulative because not many other HGs were playing the game at all.

I liked Derrick from the beginning. But halfway thru, he started seeming as phony as Frankie...just smarter and "acting" with more class. His manipulation is creepy to me as he lies to everyone or chooses to act conflicted so he never gets accused of things. The others have been lemmings. I'd never want to be married to him as he lies too easily while acting concerned and caring. I hate to see Caleb go as even tho he's been a flake at times, he's really tried to play the game.

Yes, Derrick was manipulative but that is part of playing the game in Big Brother!!! The other HG's this season just didn't have any skill at that but you have to remember that Dr. Will and Dan were also expert manipulators ... it is just as important as winning the physical competitions and it looks like for Derrick it has been even more successful I just can't believe that Derrick has managed to make it through the entire game without ending up on the block once ... that is amazing I have Caleb in the Pea Pool so I'd love it if he won but I really think Derrick has played the best game ...

I don't know what the deal is with Victoria's hair but I can tell she is very much into appearances. One day, when she is older perhaps, she will realize things like that are just not as important as she thinks they are. But for now, if extensions make her feel better about herself, then I say why not? People should do what makes them happy If they are smart....they will evict Caleb, they stand a better chance of winning if they are not up against him. Sad though, because I think Caleb has played a better game than Cody and of course better than Victoria but if I were Cody or Derrick, I would want Caleb out of the running.

Cody is smart in comps, I've realized that watching the last few he won. He's good both in physical and in mental. Caleb is good in physical, Derrick is good in both, Victoria is good in........... If Victoria is in final 3 and it's endurance I can't see her doing well at all. I hope it's Victoria that leaves tonight, I'd love seeing the 3 guys fightin' it out in the end.

I have no problem with Derrick's game. I have a problem with the other HGs, that they were such lemmings. If any one of them would have really fought back, Derrick wouldn't have been seen as manipulative. All of them were so indecisive, Derrick wasn't.
That said, I don't care if he wins, I don't care who wins at this point. I'm just thrilled that Frankie is gone. Could he have been more sickening last night?! OMG.
Thanks to all of you that have kept us up-to-date! I have the live feeds, but haven't been able to watch them the last couple weeks. I really appreciate all the posts!
Also, thank you Leanne for starting this each day! As this season winds down, I realize how much I'm going to miss this thread everyday!

I think Derrick is playing a game that no one else has been playing all summer. I am a little stunned to read the quotes about people finding him creepy, phony, controlling, not wanting to be married to him, etc. He isn't cruel to the people in the house, he isn't controlling them with fear, he isn't controlling them by emotionally abusing them, he is being kind to everyone and fostering relationships. I don't think that part is phony, I think he is probably a really nice guy in real life, like Donny. Victoria obviously has some self esteem issues and Derrick is one of the only people on the house that even bothered to get to know her and when they are just chatting he really is kind to her and tries to bolster her self esteem. I would have no problem being married to Derrick, he is an undercover cop, he would be dead if he couldn't lie well. That doesn't mean he is a liar all through out his life. He has shown nothing but respect and love for his family during this whole show, unlike Christine whose husband should be seriously re evaluating their relationship. I see nothing sinister about his actions, no more than I see anything sinister about my actions when I bankrupt people I am playing monoploy with. Bb is just a game.

It's not just the way that he has managed to get the guys to do what he wants by making them think it's their idea. He's a master at that.
What I have a problem with is how he manipulates Victoria. Anytime that she questions him or begins to suspect that he's using her for his own purposes, he manages to make himself the victim and gets her to completely take the blame, to the point of demanding an apology. By the time he's finished with her, she's apologizing, crying, and offering to do his laundry. He's using techniques that abusive men use on their spouses/significant others. No matter what he does to her, it's HER fault and he is the victim.
It was then that I started disliking the way that he's using his manipulation "skills" to play the game. I don't generally have a problem with the way that he's handled the guys, but his treatment of Victoria has been horrible.

Caleb has won a bunch of competitions and, really, who wants to compete against a war vet? He could definitely give Derrick a run for his money ... Of course, that could be the only exciting thing to happen this season

It was the Victoria interaction that started creeping me out about Derrick too...his manipulation of her is just too smooth. She obviously has a terrible crush on him and he's using it. I don't like men who lie that easily.

I'm loving the discussion about Derrick since he's been my favorite all season. I agree with everything Skellinton said but wasn't aware of his treatment of Victoria per Burning Feather. Hmmm . . . I do think that what Derrick is best at is figuring out what makes people tick and then using that to his advantage. He figured out quickly that Caleb thinks pretty highly of himself, that Cody needed a bro-mance, that Victoria has low self-esteem and needs attention constantly, that Donny was honorable but a loner, that Christine just couldn't be trusted, etc. In the game of life, manipulating people like this would be creepy beyond belief but manipulating them in Big Brother with $550K at stake that could change his family's way of life? I have no problem with it - he's playing the game and doing it better than anyone else - although the stuff BF said is still bothering me but I haven't seen it myself. Re: Frankie - I have trashed him a lot and am NOT a fan but I actually felt sorry for him last night and that surprised me!
