Went to dentist today...had a cleaning and scheduled some dental work for next week. Snuck in a quick visit with my nana. Picked boys up from school. Went to cardiologist appt. Ekg was ok but heart rate was high. Scheduled a stress test for next week. Then went to Dicks to get soccer stuff for boys. Then grocery store and finally home. Now have to cook dinner! Oh and a 1.3 mile walk started the day. To say I'm worn out is an under statement! How was your day?

I got 4 hours of sleep last night and then sat through an eight hour in-service. They gave us a free lunch and snacks anyhow. It wasn't to bad, we got lots of breaks and several different speakers so it didn't get boring. I got paid the same as a regular workday and it was a lot easier then my usual workday so I'm not worn out like I usually am at the end of the day.

Sounds like you had a busy day.
I haven't slept well all week do to the Smoke outside from all the fires. no matter how we try not to get it in the house every time we open the door it comes in... Any way I finally got a couple hours good sleep after every body left for the day.
Woke up started laundry.... I swear it is not ever going to be done. I worked on the computer for a few hours and then I came here and I have been here for a while between loads of clothes.
I even found a new pork chop recipe to try for dinner.
Thought about walking on the treadmill but then I am here... hehhhehehehhhe it is actually not the treadmill day.... Tomorrow is...
Cleaned the bathroom sinks. I am not sure how they get so frigging dirty so fast.
going through papers that have been on my desk for a month. I hate this task.
will be cooking dinner in a couple hours.

I got up early (5am is my regular time because I can't sleep past that time on weekdays ), made the dd's lunches and sat on the computer Then I made a trip to the big grocery store ... sigh ... don't like that place because the produce sucks Got my drugs and got the hell out of there Now apparently my mum needs a ride to emergency tonight for something ... she has a number of health issues so I'm not even sure what this is related to

Very lazy. I'm feeling under the weather. Hoping it doesn't go from just allergies to a sinus and upper respiratory infection like it did in February. UGH
So, I took a bubble bath, read several chapters in my book and just laid around on the couch until I put a load of towels in the washer and made 2 ingredient muffins. Yum!
Then, got up, took a shower and went to dinner because I didn't feel like cooking. :-p

Busy day for you
EKGs are simply a snapshot of a second in time. Sometimes they don't show stuff even though it's there. Glad you are doing a stress test.

I bow down to you. Very productive!
Me, so uncomfortable these days. 5 more weeks to for baby no. 2. I've developed SPD and it's awful. Hurts to walk, get up, stairs or roll over in bed. And it's still hot, yesterday hit 109 but today it's only 96 right now and it's just me & my 3 yo as Daddy working oot. One of his last. Anyhow getting up only when necessary.

My day was awesome. It was the conclusion of two straight weeks of traveling for work. Did about 3000 miles by air and car and conducted a bunch of seminars. I did this in between teaching my regular class twelve hours a weeks. So tired. Class-airport-home-class-car trip-home-class-airport-home... One more class tomorrow, one meeting Friday morning then sweet freedom until Monday.

A nice laid back day. I didn't teach and my second job only needed 2.5hrs today. I did some grocery shopping, finished reading a book, and ate chocolate.

Lets see got one tote bag done, Ran to appointment for WIC and then did some food shopping. Came home put everything away and took a 3 hour nap. Got up and started dinner, MIL came over to drop of a mini loaf pan for some baking I will do tomorrow. Mrs.C came by and visit for a few then head home. I am now off to put clothing way and do the baby's wash. Hopping to get a lot one once he is asleep. That should not be long. Until then I am hiding in my office and staying quite.

I stayed home all day and cooked. DH gave our old doggy a whole pain pill this morning because the little fellow could hardly walk, so he slept all day. That meant I could work in the kitchen without him underfoot every time I turned around.
I have one of the crockpot trios that has 3 2.5 qt crockpots. I used it to cook 5 chicken breasts per pot, each with a different sauce. I shredded them and we made tacos with some of the chicken. Tomorrow I'll portion them out and freeze them; I'll probably get at least 9 more meals from them, maybe more. I made Yvonne's Mexican-not-Spanish rice to go with dinner and as always it turned out great.
I had thawed out 6 lbs of Zaycon beef that I had thrown in the freezer because I didn't have time to deal with it then and I made Hamburger Steaks with Onion gravy. I made each patty 4 ozs, so I should have enough for 4 packs of 4 patties and 4 packs of 2 patties, all with plenty of gravy. I also made a pan of onion gravy to replace the gravy I made for the Shepherds' pies I had made with some of the beef. I made that gravy according to a new recipe and it was gross. Tomorrow I'll portion it out and freeze the portions. These gravy heavy meals will be doled out as treat meals during the next couple of months. DH says he can only eat so much chicken before he starts crowing.
I finished cooking down what will probably be the last of the tomato sauce from my homegrown tomatoes. Tomorrow I'll portion it out and freeze it, if DH doesn't put up a fuss for me to make marinara again. I haven't gotten any of the sauce I've made put in the freeze - DH ate it all! He meant to get his money out of the fence he paid to have built around the garden this spring.
By the end of the night, I was so sore from standing in the kitchen all day, scorer than I thought I should be. I finally realized I had forgotten to take my anti inflammatory/pain pill this morning. I am going to pay for that tomorrow.

Whew busy day for you OP!
Let's see, up at 5, showered and dressed, got all 3 kids to school, drove an hour and 5 mins to the town where my dh works, shopped for pants for my ds, had lunch with dh, drove the hour and 5 mins home, did some laundry, cleaned up a little, went and picked up the kids from school, worked on homework with the three kids while cleaning the kitchen, ran to the closest big town 35 mins away to find my ds some hiking boots, back home to eat dinner, then bed. I was exhausted and then slept like crap. Ugh. The end of today cannot get here quickly enough.
