I didn't realize that this hacking began ON THE SAME DAY that our president said "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing." Bizarre coincidence?? Doesn't this mean collusion? If they can prove that DT knew about the June 9th Trump Tower meeting wouldn't him asking Russia for help getting the" missing" emails be colluding with Russia?

Well, well, well..... same Trey Gowdy who had his panties all in a wad just a few weeks ago that this investigation needed to wrap up? Pick a side dude.... and if you pick the side of the facts then by all means drag a few of your moronic colleagues along with you and show them the light 🤷🏻♀️

Note that Gowdy does not refer to Trump at any point. He brings up Clinton, trying to subconsciously tie her to the Russians. Also, he does not acknowledge any involvement by Americans, which we all know means Republicans. What an a$$hole.

At what point does Trump's base admit that yes, Trump was installed by Russia? Or at least recognize that this isn't a baseless witch hunt?
I'll help you out there: never. These are people who surround themselves with fake news, in a fake information echo chamber. They believe that Sandy Hook was a hoax, that the world is 6,000 years old, and the FBI is suddenly full of leftwing socialists. Evidence means nothing. Facts mean nothing. You can't convince them, so save your effort for those Americans in the middle. Makes me sad, but I think you are right. I actually lose sleep over why people rabidly support Trump. Why were so many Republican congressmen so angry? It makes no sense unless there is dirt on them that they are trying to hid.

But we all know they sold their soul long ago. Trump is Trump but I am angrier at all the Republicans that allowed him to do all he has done unchecked! Not going to allow their spinelessness to not go unpunished at the voting booth.

When the facts come out, they will fall all over themselves vilifying Trump. But we all know they sold their soul long ago. You know what is saddest to me? When the facts come out and it is seen that Trump is at best a useful idiot and at worst a Russian asset, the signs will have been there all along. They didn't try to hide them at all. It's the sort of thing that we'll look back in hindsight and say "no shit, Sherlock!" It's like a dude telling his wife that he's working late every night, then he comes home with lipstick all over his collar and neck, smelling of another woman's perfume, leaving the hotel receipt on the dresser, being too tired for sex, and getting a bunch of texts and phone calls that he takes in the other room. Most people would know he's cheating and not trying to hide it, but you'll have that one group who will insist that 'he told me he wasn't having an affair, so I believe him!'

Who says I’m intellectually wasting away by lying on the couch binging TV shows? I know espionage jargon...the inner workings of Buckingham Palace...how to have procreational household-collaborative sex in Gilead...

“Useful idiot!” I learned what that means by watching Homeland. It's a very useful term if you study Russian history. It's full of useful idiots. And they always think they are a big piece of a grand plan, they never realize their role in things. Another good one is "potemkin village" - put a facade on things to make everything look great, but the reality is hidden. Then the official comes through and sees the nice village and remains ignorant of what's behind. We have seen a great Potemkin village at the World Cup games, and DH and I both got a laugh that one of the men indicted yesterday is named Potemkin.

The thing is, IMO they are all just as guilty as he is because they have taken such lengths to protect him all this time. Couldn’t that be considered aiding and abetting a criminal? Everyone who allowed this dumpster fire to continue should go down in the swamp right along with him. They are all guilty by association.
