And they are Having Major system problems and told me to call back later. All I wanted to do was order an Insta pot. It would go into my cart and then when I would try to check out it wouldn’t allow me to. So after 45 minutes of frustration and not being able to see the other things that I’m watching I finally got a hold of a human being who told me to call back later and please smile for the rest the day. WWHHAATT! On Amazon prime day? !!!!

I just had trouble checking out with the Echo Show bundle pack, tried on my laptop and then using the app on my phone. Couldn't do it. Then I deleted it and started over and was able to advance to the checkout when I tried that.
Good luck. That is a great deal on the Instant Pot. I already have a pressure cooker, but at that price I'm tempted to buy another in case mine craps out in the future.

I'll check it tomorrow, I can't access the cart at all. I have to buy different compression socks, then the ones i got and I need to replace a few things from our flood. I just have to keep the reciepts.

It's days like this I'm SO glad DH doesn't work for Amazon anymore. He worked in fulfillment, so when people couldn't shop for any reason, he had to figure out the problem. They are definitely having software problems today. Which considering how many brilliant people they have working there is surprising. Not a stellar day for Amazon. Oops!
I'm not trying to shop, but I did take a look after seeing people were having issues. I just don't have the patience for it.

I have a link from an email and that is the only way I can see the insta pot that I want but can't get it into my cart. I don't want the off brand. I have been able to add things I don't want to my cart but nothing I want. I had the pot in my cart but then I tried to check out and it wouldn't let me of course it works fine with items I don't want LOL. Oh well - if I get lucky and can get one great but I didn't expect many to want one as I thought I was the only one that didn't have one yet.

I wasn't exactly impressed with the tone of their Facebook post either. A little bit more of an apology would have been nice.

Had this problem when Steam was having their summer sale. Though that last for a few weeks. So why everyone had to hop on Steam to find cheap games at the start is beyond me! I just waited until the chaos died down. The sales lasted for the whole sale time.

To try back later after their major system problems were fixed and to Smile. Yes! The prime deals aren’t available on my phone app anymore. Did they yank it or am I failing to see them? One time you go in it shows available and then you click and nothing then if you refresh is says unavailable 30 seconds later it says it is available again. It has been doing this for hours. Yes I try in between doing other things today.

Have you tried to put it in your cart? In the first 15 minutes that the special was on; it would get in my cart. But then I couldn’t pay for it. And then I went back out of Amazon and then back in and the same thing would happen. Then Amazon also asked me to give them a new password. I changed my password and went back in and tried put it in my cart. Then after a while it would say it was unavailable. Then I would click out of that screen go back into the screen and it would say it was available and I would click put in cart and then it would never show up in my cart.
It also said it was an all day deal but according to before Amazon prime started; it was only good I think, for an hour.
When I try to explained all of this to the lady that I was talking to she kept telling me that she couldn’t do anything for me because they were having major system problems and to call back later and smile for the rest the day. Yeah, I’m smiling all right...

I think the mobile service worked better. I noticed I could get online there where I couldn't on the computer. I too wanted an instant pot and it shows as sold out.

I knew I was having problems. And I knew they had asked me to change my password twice. That is not like Amazon in the middle of a transaction to ask for a new password and verify who you are. We order from Amazon all the time and having to change password once something is in a cart has never happened. So I called to question why one minute it would show up my cart and at the next minute it wouldn’t be in my cart and why my password was asked to be changed.
