Just read your update-so close but yet so far! I am sorry it didn't work out. Best thing we ever did for our marriage. Condoms sound easier but honestly they are kind of a pain and tough to be consistent with for the long hall. I hope he musters the courage to go thru with it. General Ana may make it better on him anyway if he got squeamish with the prodding.

I asked my husband if he'd care if I told the peas, and he said, "Tell everyone about my nuts of steel? Nah, wouldn't care." Hahaha!
If it were Facebook, it would be entirely different though.

Update: He ended up not having it done today. Apparently, the skin on his scrotum is so thick that the dr couldn't even feel his vas. He was afraid to go in with a local anesthetic not knowing what was going on inside. DH almost threw up during the probing. Poor guy. I am not really up on the latest doctor's visits regarding vasectomies. I had c-sections and with my last child got a ligation at the same time as my section. I am curious why this wouldn't of been discovered on the initial consult appointment instead of the day of the procedure. Do the doctor's not examine the genitalia before hand to make sure things are good before scheduling it?
