In Oct 2016 ScanNCut offered a really gorgeous owl cut file. It's still showing up in online searches but has disappeared from their site. linkDid anyone here happen to download it? Would you being willing to share? Total long-shot, I know! But it's so pretty. Now that I've seen it I really want it.

It really is very pretty! Unfortunately, it appears that they do not keep the freebies up all that long.
If no one has it, I can try to do a trace of the design. No guarantees, but I can try. Does the Scan n Cut use SVG files?

That really is beautiful (so intricate!) and I'm a sucker for owls. I wish I could help you but unfortunately I do not have it.

can you find a good image to print, then scan and cut it that way?

Thank you I don't dislike it, but it's a bit too "pretty" in comparison to the one I'm obsessing over. I did a search to see if I could find any similar cut files and found a zillion owls that all looked disappointing because of my fixation with that exact owl!

can you find a good image to print, then scan and cut it that way? Does the Scan n Cut use SVG files? ScanNCut uses their own different file format, but there are ways to convert from jpgs and svgs in their canvas workspace. I'm not going to stress too much about it though. If I continue to obsess I will try snagging a front-on image from online and see what I can do in canvas. Might be a good learning experience. figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here... Thanks
