Modern hand-drawn vibes, very Tina Aszmus-y. Unlike the retro Falala collection from last year and more juvenile Snow & Cocoa from 2016. Some beautiful and innovative embellishments (with attractive price points to my surprise) like the snow globe shaker stickers. There'll also be a 6x8 pad. *thumbs up*
(ex) Ballerinas will appreciate the Nutcracker and Swan Lake references.
Yes, I'll be buying. Major love at first full sight of the products.
Sell-out predictions: snow globe shaker stickers, gold puffy "title" Thickers and ephemera pack/chipboard sheet.

I like a lot of it but not sure I absolutely love it. If I could get away with using almost all b/W photos for the holiday season, they would be beautiful with this line. That would be very difficult though. Even so, I'll likely buy some of this and the 6x8 pad is a great option!

You've inspired me to try to doodle and fussy cut some embellishments. I'm thinking a snowglobe with a menorah inside!

oaksong 2018 Christmas line twinsies!
nicolep It's one of those lines you can easily incorporate into another/a DD kit. That vellum specialty sheet is gorgeous and will definitely look great with other Christmas goodies!
hutchfan Yes, you're absolutely right: very Rifle Paper Co.!
msliz Yay! That sounds like a fabulous idea. Would love to see how it looks when you get to it. Tag me if you post it here for DD?
julie5 Methinks you're bound to have some in your CT Christmas kit too... Happy to read you think that's a good thing.

OK, I like this line. I don't think I would ever use it all or use it on its own but I definitely think I can incorporate it to the other ideas I have and have it combine well.

I love it! I hit "notify me" - this line will go fast. I would love to make a smaller album this year and use less product and lots of white and I can see adding bits of this line. I do have a sweet 6x8 white with small black polka dots album from FJ from a couple of years ago that would go nice with too. I am going to go simpler this year, I think.

I do like some elements for sure. Even though it's really too wintery for a summer Christmas I'll still pick up a few things for scrapping pics of my niece in the UK.

Same here - I can't really use the wintery items as I live in Florida, but I will work around those. We do go ice skating at the inside rink and to Disney and they have the fake snow bubbles coming down.
I do miss snow as I am originally from upstate NY where we had a whole lot of it.

I really like it but I will buy few pieces here and there because it would be hard to use it all together unless I have lots of black and white pictures.
That snow globe vellum is so pretty!
Those shaker stickers are super cute looking too but I have some from box of crayons by Shimelle. They looked cute so I got those but are absolutely horrible for quality. They fell apart before I used them. They looked very cheap.

I like the chipboard and the shaker stickers are adorable. Don’t line the look of the paper. It has a dusty/dirty vibe to me.

They fell apart before I used them. Oh no! Thank you for letting us know though. The quality looked ok in the scrapbook.com video but I'm not sure I want to risk the purchase now?... Might just make my own snow globe shaker pocket using the specialty vellum instead!

Not one for me, but I'm glad to see they're doing a 6x8" paper pad. That size is really useful to me for albums and for cardmaking. Hopefully some more appealing lines will also come in that size.

Crate Paper have been offering 6x8 pads with every collection for the past year or so. It looks like AC are trying to apply the method to all the other brands under their umbrella.

I really like this collection! Does anyone know how long after the physical release the digital version is released? Are they released at the same time? I would love to buy some digital versions of the papers for DD this year. I am swimming in paper and am trying to do more digital lately.

Swans have black markings on the face. I think that there is yer Christmas goose. Either that or it's the Aflac duck that shows up after your car hits an ice patch.

In my experience, it takes a while for these to drop on AC's digital shop. I know I kept an eye when last year's Halloween line Spellcast by Pink Paislee was released since I wanted some things digital. It took several months. Not sure whether they'll apply the same policy to this year's Christmas lines as well. I hope not for your sake!

The chipboard is so my jam. I hit notify me on that, the vellum, and a couple of the papers. This season is looking more and more like I'm passing on the AE December Daily items.

Love it, albeit I did request for crate paper/American Crafts to include people of color in their collections too. They also have crafters + supporters who don’t have peach skin and straight hair. I’ve only seen one collection from My Mind’s Eye that included various skin tones. I digress, beautiful collection nonetheless.
