I have a couple more Disney layouts from last year (only 3 more to do in that album, I think) and one from this summer. I'm sorry about the bad photography. I got such a horrible glare. Challenges: #1 Sketchtember 3 (I used the 2 pager for inspiration but I extended it upward) plus extra 5pts for the twist: stitching (pen), #4 dots, #12 nuvos, #18 three colors, #31 vacation, #32 five brads, #39 dies, and #45 white space (I hope there's enough for it to count) Challenges: #10 UFO, #12 nuvos, #13 no PP, #21 tipsy (well, the photo is straight, but everything else is tipsy), #16 Donna equation (white background, doodle, 1 word title: TestTrack), #27 monochromatic, #31 vacation, and #33 mat all the photos Challenges: #1 Sketchtember 2 plus 5 points for the twist: something old (the flower), #4 dots, #12 nuvos, #18 three colors, #34 grid, #36 back (from college), #44 shiny (the nuvos have glitter), and #49 wings

Two pager (6x8 size which is what I usually make these days). I did fix her name to be straight after I took the picture but figured it was okay for here with you all. 42D2EBC5-5D31-4DBB-9C15-5938B3CA8FF1 by lisa h, on Flickr

kitbop your take is gorgeous!! I really love the monster paper tying into the title and the awesome clouds at the top! Is your circle made of nuvos? That must have taken 46 hours to get so perfect! woodysbetty love it! Is this an old photo you found while organizing? How fun love the colors and the layers in the title! msliz oh wow, love the test track page!! It totally looks like the car is speeding along the page-amazing! I caught your other two on other threads justlisa7 are you making a memorial album? I feel like I use the word stunning too much on comments for you but dang, I just can’t think of a more appropriate word! However you want to describe it, I love the very linear page next to the large photo of your sweet girl!

stinkerbelle , ] justlisa7 are you making a memorial album? I feel like I use the word stunning too much on comments for you but dang, I just can’t think of a more appropriate word! However you want to describe it, I love the very linear page next to the large photo of your sweet girl! Thank you. Using a large 6x8 photo next to the scrapbook one with a little journaling, is a favorite of mine to do when I really love a photo/memory. I am not sure if I am making a memorial album or not. I have so many photos after 17+ years of Sophie and am just starting to scrapbook her again. She passed away on April 20, and it has been hard for me. I miss her. She slept with my husband and I for all those years. I came home from work every day at lunch to let her out and feed her. We took her on a lot of family vacations and she was always amazing. Such a good sweet little loving girl. I always say, she is the only one out of my 3 girls (2 daughters) that never talked back to me. just loves unconditionally. Sorry for rambling on.

this one is page two of a sketch savvy sketch - I don't have any border punches/dies so I hole punched a strip of cardstock with my cropadile and then cut it in half to make the border strip at the bottom.

justlisa7 - awww - another layout about Sophie - this is so pretty, and I love the assortment of hearts, conveys your emotion qt first glance stinkerbelle - loving "the good life" - the foil, the layers, the colours, but of course mainly the clusters! "5" is beyond perfect, I could stare at it for ages and not see it enough, each doo-dad is perfect, and it's that pp in the background that holds it all together so nicely. And "lovely" is just that - I love the textures and the all white - not sure I'd have the guts to try that but you sure made it work! MDscrapaholic - your Christmas layout is amazing, I LOVE the design and it makes me feel Christmassy for the first time this year! I think you get an award for that!!! And I love the volleyball LO too - classy, simple - very pretty picture! myboysnme - awesome family pages, love the matting and how you pull the photos out with it. I especially like "happy 60 birthday" for the layout design, and the border across the bottom. LisaDV - great colourful LO, I love all the layers and stitching/cork textures

Anyway, I love Sketch #1 & your take on it. & will play sometime soon with it. catseatcheese- WELCOME & thanks for joining us! You do an awesome job on 1-photo pages. You are doing great with those more vintage photos, too. I particularly like the sprinkly glitter & your more modern pages are lovely also. Love the sequin packet. justlisa7 - That wedding LO of your DD is absolutely breathtaking! She is beautiful! LisaDV- your stitched triangle is great. I love everything about this page! And your take on sketch #2- turning the grid- so great. It gives it a totally different vibe. MDscrapaholic- I really like the color combo you chose for your 7th grade LO. MDscrapaholic - I LOVE what you did with that sketch! I'm working on that one now and I think I'm going to struggle with it. I love the nuvo circle and I would just leave it with one circle. It's awesome! And the volleyball LO is great! msliz - I love everything about your grid page! Great job with the nuvos! And that race page is ingenious! Love the border on the muppets page as well. linda - great take on that sketch! I love that embellie! And I really like that color scheme on your museum pages and the stiching! I have 2 8.5 x 11 sketches to post this month. I noticed there are quite a few who scrap that size. Very ingenious way to come up with a punched border! The background of word stickers sets those school photos off well and I always like the look of a lot of words. Not that I could pull that off haha! kitbop, woodysbetty, justlisa7, nylene, JaneB, and patin - there's love in the gallery for you! Tonight I will get to the sketch threads too, because I'm sure I am missing out on some great stuff there too!

Linda on your dinos page, I love the bones paper and cute dino embellies and great job with the sketch! Great use of the crazy busy paper on the CHS basketball page; I also really like the title on the banner! nylene I love love the tone-on-tone punched border! The neutral background really makes the fun photos and embellies stand out and I love that you embellished the number in your title! Thank you all for taking the time to comment so thoughtfully on everyone's work! On my beer layout I sent it to my son and said, "Can you believe I had beer paper for that layout?" and he responded,
"I have never been more sure of something in my life." "You have paper for everything!"
Warms a mom's heart, lol!

patin - love the word art strip that you balance the photos out with - clever design! stinkerbelle - "you", the mini stars are the perfect embellie, and I like the tilt effect on an 8.5x11! "karen and daisy" made me LOL, awkward teen years at the best, although when you look at faces you see what normal cute kids we were under the hair. "parade" has great energy and with the colours and sparkle!
