I bought a few pairs of pants similar to these for fall/winter. What type of comfortable shoes could I wear to work with them? I’m a hairdresser and on my feet all day, so not heels. Most pics I see online are sandals or strappy heels. I saw a couple with converse, is that too casual? I have several colors of converse.

I think Converse would be too casual but a nice pair of loafers or oxfords would look nice. But then, I think loafers and oxfords look great with just about anything so take that for what it's worth.

I would stick with sandals, or maybe something like Toms?

Can you share the other pics you've seen? I'm having a hard time picturing the top and how these pants flow when they're on a person. Laid out, they look like flared leg pajama pants.
If you're super cute, I could see someone wearing them with a white tank top, converse, a big top bun, sunglasses. For a more professional setting though, I agree something like Toms is still going to look casual but closed toe. They make more supportive versions of Toms.
What kind of shoes do you normally wear for work?

With what you do, I think the converse would be cute. Or even just simple little sneakers like classic Keds. Ballet flats, trotters, Oxfords, mules, loafers could all work. If you're edgy, even doc martens would be cute.

I think converse would be cute.
Are they a light flowy material? If so I think loafers would be too heavy - and would stick with sandals

For a hairdresser I don't think it is too casual.

I could picture like a clog sandal with them - something funky

I’m definitely not skinny. Lol. Just looking for something comfortable.

Converse would add a sporty vibe to provide contrast to the ruffle; black, white or a punchy color would be really cute. I also think a chunky heeled Mary Jane would be cute. No to loafers or oxfords which would make the proportions all wrong. Those shoes require a narrower pant silhouette.

This is the ones I’m wearing today. Of course it’s still warm enough now for flip flops.

What a cutie you are. Seeing them on you, I still say yes to converse, casual sneakers, doc martens, trotters, ballet flats and would like to add Danskos.

I would do something comfortable with a wedge or platform. Even black sneakers with a bit of a platform. I have a few pairs like that I wear with jeans. I feel wide pants need a bit of height.

Pink pumps. ( just because I like colored shoes. ) Nothing clunky.
And a more fitted top. Or a light sweater with a boat neck.
Save that top for skinny leg jeans.
I would be buying a dark blue top and black shoes.
Then a yellow top! Because I like yellow.
