Are all of your foils the same color? Mine are and I thought we were supposed to get a variety. And it's not even a color I like.

I just checked and mine are "Exclusive Autumn Variety Pack 12 sheets (2 colors each)". I checked and yes they are different.

Mine is a Gina K foil pack with all different patterns and colors. Wonder if they ran out and did a sub. Yeah I wouldn’t appreciate getting all the same color either.

I contacted them. They replied and said that a substitution had to be done. That's one part of the kit that won't get used a lot by me and I'm definitely not as exited as I was. It's the orange color and it's definitely not one I see myself using.

Well that sucks! I wouldn't be happy about the sub. They have to know that they're going to sell, say 5,000 kits, so should have 5,000 of everything. I would use the orange on the enclosed cards and see if the technique is something I wanted to invest in. Which is why this kit appealed to me. If you want I will trade with you. If you look at my avatar you can see I don't mind orange.  |

How aggravating! I am outraged for you. The “Exclusive Autumn Variety Pack” is the showcase part of the Autumn-themed kit! I’ve had that happen to me before, where the cutest part of the kit had a substandard replacement. When I contacted them, their response was “you can just return the kit.” It doesn’t seem like subscribers get the better kits over non-subscribers. One of my many grievances about SSS!
Good thing for them they have nice original products that keep me coming back, for now anyway. I would spend a lot more money there if some things changed.
I’m sure I won’t use all of mine, and would be happy to send you half sheet of the different colors. Sending you a PM.

Oh bummer. I know they reserve the right to make substitutions when they need to, but I'd be pretty annoyed by that one.

I get that they subbed but with their huge warehouse of stuff I wonder why they couldn't have put together a packet with different colors more like the original. There are more fall colors than orange. When a kit has subs I also think they should add a note to that effect and a little gift.
