I thought it must be getting close to a new season, so I googled to see when the next one would be.
OMG. Everyone has jumped ship. Tim & Heidi have left to start a new show:
From what I read it's going to be fashion based and a "shoppable experience"
Zac Posen has also gone. Which leaves Nina. No word on new hosts yet.
Plus it's moving channels, back to Bravo and won't air until some time in 2019.

Wow. That's crazy! I loved Project Runway its first few seasons. But then like every other reality show it became really contrived time and I stopped watching. Probably around the same time it started to run on Lifetime.

Noooooooo!
I’m so sad. I love watching PR with my DS. It’s our special show.
I could live without Heidi, but losing Tim is a dealbreaker.

Wow, that's sad. Feels like the end of an era. I haven't been happy with the last few seasons so maybe it is time to say Auf Wiedersehen to the series. I won't watch it without Tim and Heidi ...well, mostly Tim

I could live without Heidi, but losing Tim is a dealbreaker. Yup, I can't even imagine it without Tim. Heidi, I can very easily do without.

It was a great show. I won’t watch it without Tim and Heidi and I can’t imagine it continuing very long w/out the two of them.
Heidi drove me crazy at times but I always admired the way that she took charge of the show and wasn’t afraid to express her own opinion.

No Tim, no watching the show. He's the reason I enjoy the show.

My 15 year old and I have spent years of Thursday nights bonding over PR. I'm really sad to read this.

I'm sad to see this, too. I came late to PR after attending Michael Costello's Stars of Project Runway show at Palm Desert's Fashion Week a couple of years ago.

Y’all are behind in “world news.” Heh. Bravo announced the acquisition five months ago with much fanfare. They were excited to get the show back, and fans were hopeful Bravo would return it to a more work-focused format.
Then, last month, Heidi and Tim announced their new project. I only read headlines, so I’m not sure if they had already planned this or if the transfer gave them a contract-free opportunity to jump ship.
Bravo never wanted to lose the show, there was litigation at the time, and now Lifetime dumped it because of Weinstein. Strange times we live in.
(Didn’t know about Zac. Meh. I’ll give the new season chance.)

Don't care about Zac Posen being gone. Bring Micheal Kors back!! It's been so blah since he quit. I watch PR All Stars so I'll watch the new one without Tim but it won't be as good.

That's too bad. I've watched since Jay McConnell won the first season. I do have to say I missed Michael Kors bitchiness. Zac Posen never really did it for me.
P.S. I just found out recently that Wendy Pepper, a controversial contestant from Season one passed away.

Kors just bought Versace for something like $1Billion (not exaggerating) so I think he's going to be a bit too busy. He might pop up on Heidi & Tim's new show though if he needs to sell some stuff

I'm bummed that Tim and Heidi are leaving but I'll still watch. I hope it comes back sooner rather than later. I hope they will do Project Runway Junior again too. I teach a clothing class and show that to my students. I always have a few students that get hooked each semester.

If the GBBO can survive without my favorites (Mary, Mel and Sue), I'm willing to give PR a chance with new hosts and judges.

I'm willing to give PR a chance with new hosts and judges. yes, I'll still give it a try too and see what I think. Tim will be the biggest loss. A change in judges may be a good thing, there have been times when I've agreed with Tim and his "the judges are smoking crack" comments. I was just surprised when I googled as I hadn't heard any of this and no-one else had posted so I thought probably a few others hadn't heard either.

If I can watch all star with Alyssa Milano and the designer who was a go to guy for Target, then you bet your sorry a$$ I can watch someone else try to lead the show.
Maybe Christian Soriano could be a judge. Just no Mondo!!!!

P.S. I just found out recently that Wendy Pepper, a controversial contestant from Season one passed away I hadn't read that either. That's awful for her family, only 53yo and from complications of pneumonia that just shouldn't happen.

I’ll give it a try even if Mondo is a judge. I hope the new host will be good though.
I have a hard time watching Alyssa. She must have the worst stylist ever.
I’ll really miss Tim & Heidi but especially Tim.
When is Tim & Heidi’s new show set to start?

I'm sad about this. I loved watching this show with my kids. I'm willing to give it a chance with the host/judge makeover, if I can find it streaming somewhere. But it just won't be the same without Tim.

I will follow Tim wherever he goes I will also check out the new version. I loved Zac as a judge. I thought he brought more objectivity to the process by pointing out construction and not just using subjective means to judge(well in this non-fashion saavy person's eyes). I learned from him.

The problem with Zac is that he would get a crush on someone and suddenly they could do no wrong. I love watching him-he's pretty adorable. But not objective IMO. Also, he's so handsy.

Wondered why no all stars this summer.
I might be the only one, but I cannot stand Heidi so I'm glad she has moved on.
I will miss Tim immensely though.
There are some way better host choices and judges out there..bring them on!

I may be late sharing the info, but I heard that Christian will be the mentor. He isn’t Tim, but I do find him very entertaining. Hope it stays that way!!!

Yes they have announced that Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano were "the new hosts" so if they are replacing Heidi and Tim then it makes sense that Christian is the mentor and not a judge.
I guess we'll have to see what he's like in that role. Although I have liked both of the ladies they have used on the "Allstars" version, and would have been good with either of them.
I guess that may not come back now with the whole Weinstein thing.
