Does anyone have an opinion on Martha Stewart’s line of craft furniture? TIA!

Other than wishing I had a bunch of it, no! But seriously, I've been very tempted by it. There are a lot of reviews on the Home Depot website if you didn't see those, but hopefully there are some peas who have experience too.

I think it's pricey. I prefer IKEA for their style and price point.

I hadn’t heard of it so I just googled it. It’s very nice bur wow, that is some expensive furniture. I agree with @mom23 Ilea is a much more cost effective choice for some of us.

From what I’ve heard it’s good quality but pricey.

I think it's pricey. I prefer IKEA for their style and price point. Just went to IKEA last night for two Kallaxes. They will be in a closet though. I went to a Furniture store and purchased a 6 piece credenza. I also have ladder shelves on the wall that hold a ton.

I have the desk, two cubbie shelves and a rolling drawer set. I really love the desk b/c it’s wide and deep. The rolling drawers aren’t as serviceable as I thought the would be. I also have the pull out shelf cart. It holds stuff I don’t access very often. I like it though because it fits my Cutterpillar Pro on top very nicely. I’ll post pix tomorrow if I can figure out how.
Oh yeah, I remember the desktop is made to withstand higher temperatures so I can emboss without worrying about ruining the top.

Thanks everyone for your replies! I am downsizing and purging for when we move in January. I will have a much smaller space. I have always made do with different pieces here and there and am trying to find a set of craft furniture that has enough different pieces to work for me. I thought the Alex drawers from ikea would work but in reality they were a good bit smaller in reality compared to Pinterest pics. When I looked back at some of the pics , they had been altered to make them taller and therefore work- (like the wide drawer set so that you can make a desk out of it- like kind of placed on a base).I was also concerned that the drawers were not quite sturdy enough for a bunch of punches. I just want to make sure what I get is the right thing because it will be expensive no matter what I decide to buy. I really like the rhododendron green in the Martha Stewart line:).

I have some of the cubby units that are made to sit on top of the various desks, and I have to say they are very sturdy and heavy. Well made, and they seem to go together with precision. The finish is also smooth and consistent. I was worried about that because I have had problems with other imported pieces where the finish looked cheap. It's been several years now since I purchased them from the Home Decorators website, which was separate from but still owned by Home Depot. I waited for all mine to go on sale. When I downsize, I will DEFINITELY be buying a desk/credenza and drawer units to match. Well, I can't get a picture of my black units sitting on top of my maple cabinets to show in this post, sorry. Good luck with designing your new space.

I think the nice thing now is that you can have the furniture delivered to your local Home Depot so you don't have to pay shipping. Also, I'm assuming if there's a problem or if you just don't like the item, you could return it to the store easily. Back when you could only buy the pieces on Home Decorator's website, I think there was more of a risk to it. Anyway, I hope you get some pieces you really love! Please update us on how you like the furniture if you order it.
