I got this from a scrapbooking friend almost 20 years ago, and it's my go-to beef stew.
Beef Stew
2 lbs. stew beef, cut into bite-size cubes 1/4 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Put the above ingredients into a large plastic bag and shake until the beef is coated. Pour into a crockpot and add:
1 1/2 cups beef broth 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. paprika 4 carrots, sliced, or a couple handfuls of baby carrots 3 potatoes, diced 2 celery stalks, sliced 1 onion, chopped
Cover and cook on low 10 hours or high 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.

I don't know if this is good yet, I just put the lid on the crockpot, and we'll have it tonight with cornbread. My husband will grouse because he doesn't like lentils, but I'm trying to get more healthy variety into my diet, so he can just suck it up. Lentil and Chicken Sausage Stew

Throw some boneless chicken breasts or pork chops in the slow cooker and add a jar of salsa. Turn on slow cooker. Walk away. Come back 4-10 hours later, shred meat with a fork, and serve. Good for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, soup, on top of salad, or I’m sure it would be good mixed with rice or pasta, but I haven’t tried that.

Kielbasa and pineapple in the slow cooker : www.allrecipes.com/recipe/20057/island-kielbasa-in-a-slow-cooker/I make this with rice and steamed broccoli for dinner at home and we fight over the leftovers for lunch the next day. I’ve also served it with a little less sauce and toothpicks for finger foods at a party and there’s never any left.

That seems like an insane amount, especially with two cups of ketchup, since that’s also full of sugar.

Super easy... throw a couple of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot. Add a few jars of chicken gravy (I actually use the powdered packets, make as directed and add those instead... it's less pricey). Cook on low 8, high 4-5 hours. Shred and return to the pot. Serve over one of the following: biscuits, rice, noodles.

My favorite is pot roast it's just a beef roast with chunks of potato onion and carrots. I use beef broth about to cups a packet of beefy onion soup mix and I season the meat with Lawry's seasoned salt and Montreal steak seasoning. We like it and we usually serve it with rolls.

Here's another one I've made many times. It calls for a boneless turkey breast--you can use a bone-in breast if that's all you can find, just watch for small bones falling out of it into the stuffing. If you turn it meaty side down, that helps. If I can find turkey cutlets (rare) I really like using those instead.
Slow Cooker Turkey and Dressing
8-ounce package stuffing mix 1/2 cup hot water 2 T. butter, softened 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries 3 pound boneless turkey breast 1/4 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Coat a 4-qt slow cooker with non-stick vegetable spray; spoon in dry stuffing mix. Add water, butter, onion, celery and cranberries; mix well. Sprinkle turkey breast with basil, salt and pepper and place over stuffing mixture. Cook on low, covered, for 6-7 hours. Remove turkey to be sliced and fluff up stuffing with a fork before serving.

Don't forget about Burning Feather's famous Italian Beef! This is the recipe I have, not sure if it's hers or something similar. It's...amazing.
1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 large garlic clove, minced 3/4 cup water 3 pound rump or chuck roast
Combine spices and water and pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on high all day or until meat is tender. Shred meat and let simmer for another 10-15 minutes and serve on soft Italian rolls with steak sauce, horseradish sauce, hot peppers and/or giardinera.

I do chicken tacos a lot.
1 lb chicken breasts 1 can chicken broth 1 package of taco seasoning 1 package of dry ranch salad dressing
Cook on high maybe just 3 hours. Shred and serve with all the fixings for tacos.

We love this Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Sauerkraut with Beer and Brown Sugar from the Brown Eyed Baker blog:
12 ozs. beer 1 cup brown sugar 3 lbs. Polish kielbasa 32 ozs. sauerkraut, drained
Combine the beer and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar melts and the mixture is slightly thickened; set aside.
Cut the kielbasa into links and place in a slow cooker. Cover with the drained sauerkraut. Pour the beer and brown sugar mixture over top. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours, or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve on its own or on your favorite sandwich roll.
RECIPE NOTES FROM BROWN EYED BAKER:
The beer can be from a can or bottle, and you can use whatever you usually drink or keep on hand. I’ve made this with everything from Miller Lite to Lebatt, Guinness, Heineken, you name it! They all work just fine. The brown sugar can be light or dark. The sauerkraut can be from a can, jar or bag – just make sure you drain it well.

One that was given to me when I was a brand new teacher years ago hahaha. Works every time.
Delicious Easy Beef Roast
One chuck roast - 5 or so pounds, but I've use smaller or larger and adjusted the liquids 1/3 cup each water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce
Pour liquids over the roast. Turn on cooker and let cook according to the size of your roast.
When finished, pour off (YES!!) the liquid and shred the chuck roast. Return meat to crockpot and add your favorite barbecue sauce. Use as much sauce as you like (we don't like a lot).
Eat.

Slowcooker Bacon `n` beans
6 slices smoked back bacon roughly chopped (I usually add more as we love bacon). 1 large sliced onion sliced 2 cans plum tomatoes, chopped 2 cans of any combination of butter beans chick peas or cannellini beans, drained 1 veg oxo 1 teaspoon Marmite splash of Worcestershire sauce. (no other seasonings needed as bacon salt is other ingredients)
Lightly fry the bacon and onion Put into crockpot with all other ingredients and cook on slow for 10 hours or medium for 8. Lovely with soda bread.
