Pretty proud of this care package! The return address label even read: From: Mummy 123 street Hauntsville AL We live in Huntsville. I am such a dork but I am pretty proud of this one. She loved it too!

Love it! I just sent out our middle son's package today and forgot to take pictures. I used a Halloween tablecloth from the Dollar Store to line the box and then folded it over the contents so the design would show when he opened the package. I ran out of time to decorate the flaps of the box, so the tablecloth worked perfectly for me!

I've also seen wrapping paper but I never really have good wrapping paper for a care package. Gotta start working on the b'day and Thanksgiving CPs. I laugh because her b'day is one day after T'giving. I won't really send one for her b'day but I'll do something for November. I think they enjoy decorating their dorm door and the window.

Y’all are awesome with the Halloween packages! I am going to try and get DS1 package done tonight and in the morning. He’s a huge Boston fan and with the series, I hope I can find a shirt for him in time to stick in it.

I’m so copying the spider web! Where did you find the “Boo y’all” words? That would be perfect for DD, who’s in school in Minnesota.
We were just out visiting the kids last weekend, so I won’t send their October box until next Monday. I got some toppings to spread on oatmeal (dried fruit, pecans, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips), and will tuck in a mini pumpkin bread loaf and some sort of bark.

I send birthday cake Oreos, Godiva chocolates, gum, Hostess mini muffins, Teddy Grahams, Chips Ahoy, Krispy Kreme donuts... whatever I find. I have a list on my phone and go crazy. I also bake a little cake in a mason jar and send the frosting separate.

I got some toppings to spread on oatmeal (dried fruit, pecans, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips), and will tuck in a mini pumpkin bread loaf and some sort of bark. I recently got a recipe for Tiger Butter and it was SO good! 16 oz vanilla bark or white chocolate 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter 4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips In a glass bowl in the microwave, melt the white chocolate and peanut butter for about one minute, stir, then heat for about one more minute. Stir again until smooth. Pour into a foil covered baking dish, the mixture should be about 1/4” deep. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Drop several spoonfuls onto the white chocolate and stir with a toothpick. You want to create a marbled look instead of blending the white and dark chocolate. Set on the counter to harden, then cut into 1” squares. If you need to harden it faster you can put it in the refrigerator briefly but don’t leave it in the fridge. I think you could make this with orange colored vanilla candy melts for the white chocolate and put some little eyeball and bones sprinkles in it to make it look more festive for Halloween.

I like that idea and I have lots of candy melts left over from another project, as well as some bone sprinkles!

I just found some apple pie Quest protein bars which on our keto diet plan. She doesn't eat keto but does do low, low carbs. I am already excited about the next care package. I'll have to find another sign like that one for Thanksgiving.
