We had some crazy thunderstorms blow through an hour or two ago. But they're gone and the evening was clear to start the game.
I'm enjoying the first inning. The Sox are ahead 2-0. Mookie Betts is such a fun player to watch.

My DS1 has been a Sox fan forever and he is just about out of his mind they are in the Series. We're watching (DH and I) just because DS excitement wore off on us!

So most of the games this summer were on fox and they had a little white square in front of the batter, I guess it was for posting pitch speed , strike zone. Whatever! It was annoying and I could not watch any games.
So my magic power of helping( by watching and screaming) my teams get to the series failed! Lol.
I have the game on, but I will be turning it soon.

He was filming his show in Brooklyn and went outside to ask people on the street is they wanted to wish the Red Sox good luck. You can imagine the responses. 😂 |

As a New Englander, and die hard Red Sox fan, of course I'm rooting for my team. I've never had anything against the Dodgers, but if they were playing someone else, I'd root against them this year strictly because Manny Machado is a disgusting, dirty player and shouldn't have a world series ring. I would even root for the Yankees over him, and that's saying something!  |

DH and I were in Boston last Friday through Monday. His friend from high school owns the Cask n Flagon and had reserved us a table so we could watch the game on Saturday night and then the Sox won out in Houston! So we went to the Cask anyways and hung out there and had a blast! We were comped a couple of rounds of beverages and our entire table was invited to select Cask n Flagon merchandise at no cost to us. I got a kick ass Cask t-shirt!

my3freaks We ate at Strega and Neptune's in the North End, Opus in Salem and had lots of adult beverages at Hennessey's near the North End. I had to take a day to recover from my mini vacation before I went back to work. Oh....also went to Bova's Bakery three times in three days!
