Just a few more days left this month. We can do it. So many more fun challenges. This challenge is to use something that is brand new, never used. It doesn't have to be old, but if you have something that you are waiting to use, this would be a great time to get it out and play.   This stamp is from Inkadinkado, called Old Barn. I have wanted it forever, and finally bought it a year ago. But hadn't used it. Until now. I am so glad, it turned out great, I think. The green striped paper was brand new too. From a baby paper pad from Hobby Lobby. lol Le'ts see what you can do. Happy Crafting. |

I think I could play along with this challenge about a thousand times.
Your card is great - love those detailed stamps for just simple stamping. And the bandanna print is the perfect complement.

Isn't it weird how we want something forever but then we don't actually use it when we finally buy it?! lol. I have a brand new stamp that I should stamp out and cut a bunch of. I'll try to get to it this afternoon. But then again, maybe I just need to keep it simple and stamp it quickly onto a card to try it out. Begone perfectionism! We'll see... Hopefully I'll have some time to play before the end of the day |

I love your card, and I love the challenge! I love the country look, anyway, and freeatlast is right. The bandana patterned paper is the perfect choice to go with that stamp. The diagonal stripe paper draws your eye from one corner to the other.
I could make so many cards or projects based on this criteria. So many tools, so many supplies, so little time.....

Cute card, christinebk! I love the double slider! I think I need to use this challenge at least once a week for a couple of years. I have too many fun things that have never been taken out of their packages before. I made this card using a Tonic embossing folder/die set that I bought recently from CraftStash (a UK company), but had not yet used. The stamp is also a recent and never used purchase, from Heartfelt Creations. I used white Stickles for the snow clumps. The embossing folder has 3 sections to it, and the die set includes a die that allows you to cut out the top & bottom sections of the embossing folder.  |

I bought this 3 window die some time ago and hadn't even opened the package. Why do I do that?  I used Silhouette print and cut files and removed the cut line so I could just print them.  Bear-y Merry Christmas warrior1991 , thanks for the challenge. I love your card. That stamped image is gorgeous. Such a classy card. christinebk , that double slider card is amazing. This is a challenge I definitely need to dive into. I have some dies from LAST Christmas I never opened. And I arrived home to a package from Elizabeth Crafts. Next card making session, I need to use these!

This card uses a font I've had for over a year called Courageous but never used all together. It has variations that you can layer to make different font designs. The holly is from Christmas Joy by Anita Designs.  |

nylene your cards are so cute and that was so smart to use a print and cut (minus the cut) with your die. That gives me some ideas for using some similar dies I have. JaneB I love the typographic design of your card - so bold grammadee I think we all have things tucked away unopened that we just had to have weeks, or months, ago. I know I have more than I'm keen to admit to.

Here's my card for this challenge. I actually used two new/never used products on it. The first being the Leaf Burst Stencil from Altenew. The second being the Life Changing Blender Brushes from Picket Fence Studios to do the ink blending through the stencil.  |
