Dang - I pretty sure I have a UTI. I have pressure, frequent urinating (although I'm drinking a ton of water) and blood in my urine, but also just saw a blood "clot". Anyone ever seen clots while having a UTI? Calling dr. first thing in the a.m., but freaking a little.
I'm 55 and before my bladder prolapse surgery a year and a half ago, I've only had a few UTI's. Since then, this would be my second. Ugh.

I wonder if you passed a kidney stone. Glad to hear you're calling your doctor in the morning. I hope you're able to sleep well tonight.

I have clots every time I have a UTI. Every time. It is the irritated/infected lining of my urethra.
Get thee to Urgent Care if there is one open near you. Otherwise, go to the doc/urgent care/etc. first thing in the a.m.

If I can't urinate, I should go directly to ER. I'll call dr. first thing. Appreciate your response very much.

No pain? I’ve only had one years ago but I remember lots of pain. I don’t think I would know I have one without that pain.

I remember last time I had a uti my sister (nurse) said to go straight to er if i couldn't go. Poor you, it's so irritating and painful. I don't know how I'd last overnight with a uti

Old, old thread, but thanks, because it gave me peace of mind too.
I had my very first UTI ( that I remember) 10 days ago. It came on super fast going from urgency, to pink-tinged urine, to tiny clots, to quarter-sized clots to pure blood ( it looked like it anyway) by the time I got to the ER an hour later. Urgent care closes in my small town after 7.
It seems okay now after a course of horrid antibiotics. I have another UA in a couple of days to ensure that it’s gone. I have no idea what brought it on, either.
