My 17 year old wore a Hawaiian shirt and sun hat, 15 year old dressed up as a McDonald’s employee in an old McDonalds uniform. And carried around a happy meal box. Jen

I don't have any teens but all the tweens/teens who came to our door were in costume, super polite/friendly and everyone said a big thank you!

DD is 14 and has gone as favorite anime characters the past few years. This year it was Grell from Black Butler. Most people didn't know who she was but there were a few that got it.

My favorite teen costume this year was a girl who did an unzippered zipper face. Her make-up was amazing.

My 14 year old niece was a bird of paradise. Like the one doing the hysterical mating dance in the Planet Earth series. She's a nut. She had the dance totally down and was awesomely ridiculous.

My son wasn’t doing anything but then his friend came by and yelled at him to put on a costume. He popped on a pirate hat, couldn’t find his eye patch, and was on his way.

My 14 year old was Jack the Ripper. He wore a top hat, a fancy cuffed shirt, a vest and a long Victorian style coat. He did not want to go Trick or Treating this year so my DH took him and his older brother to a VR experience where they walked through a "Haunted Hospital"

This was my first year in 16 Halloweens that my kids didn't dress up. DS had to work and DD just went to a friend's house to hand out candy. So this was the first year that we handed out candy. We honestly didn't think we'd get many kids. But we did and I had to hold back on the candy so I didn't run out. I will say the teens that came were great and put effort into their costumes.

My 17 year old was Kim Possible. The senior class collectively decided to dress up as favorite Disney Channel/Nickelodeon characters from their childhood, which I thought was awesome. They had the whole cast of High School Musical, Phineas and Ferb (and Perry), and a lot of others.
The 15 year old was going to be a fairy, but changed at the last minute to Minnie Mouse. Her costume was pretty basic.

16-yo decided he was too old to trick or treat this year, stayed home with his father, passed out candy and watch the old Halloween movies. 15-year-old went trick or treating with friends and wore a pumpkin head mask.

DS went to a party Saturday night as Eminem - I didn't get any photos because we were out as well.
He can't grow a beard to save his life, so I had to use brown eyeshadow to put on his "scruff" beard. He bought a beard kit, but it was too much work for the time he was going to be out (individual hairs) and too much hair for the stubble-like beard he needed. It worked!

My girls are in their 20s and go to Halloween parties. They both live out of state so they send me Snapchats of their costumes. Oldest daughter was Ariel. Her 6’8” boyfriend dressed as the Jolly Green Giant. I wish I could have seen him for real. Younger daughter went as a boxer. Her makeup was so good that people thought she had a black eye for real.

DD in her 20's was a matching robber with a friend - had super cute pics of them at their favorite brewery "holding up" a friend so they could "steal" a keg of beer. 19 yo DD was Rosie the Riveter and had a friend that was an amazing Frida Kahlo! They are abroad in India and she said its a big thing for adults to dress up and go out and drink there (sounds like the past Saturday where I live). 13 yo had an over-sized gorilla head and went trick or treating.
Not a single trick or treater at my house....I think I need to offer to hand out candy for a young family in town so they can go out with their kiddos and I can pass out their candy. I love Halloween and seeing the kids dressed up!
