Of the themes you use (so baby boy doesn't count if you have only girls!)
Mine would be travel. We go camping, by car, locally, so no need for Eiffel Towers, planes, route 66 signs, maps of the US...
Second, would be birthday but that is because I decided to stop buying birthday papers and just use whatever paper goes with the photos. My girls haven't had a pink birthday party in about seven years...
What about you?

School themed! I have school aged kids and haven't purchased any paper for school for some reason. I finally found wash tape I liked that was school themed this year.

Christmas!
I didn't buy any paper last year, and so I just have a few paper scraps from years previous, and a few stickers left.
I still haven't scrapped last Christmas, and now this Christmas is next month!
I haven't bought paper in quite a long time, and only buy a few stickers here and there at the dollar tree or Target dollar spot.
I really, really want to go drop $$ at Michael's but I need to use more paper from my stash before I can justify it.

My grandson just sent me a batch of photos from the fire fighter training he is taking. Don't have anything that directly relates to that.
I also have some pic's I took of my dgd's competitive swimming, and realize I don't have many supplies that will work for that.
Just made an anniversary card, and realized--like I always do when making those cards--that I don't have a lot of Wedding/Anniversary stuff.
For everything else I think I am covered. If there is a remote possibility that I will have photos to scrap for a theme, then I have LOTS of paper and other supplies for that theme. I stockpile supplies before the experience starts. And if we do something once or twice and I have scrapped it, then themed supplies for THAT will jump into my cart for months afterward. I have themed supplies for:
Birthdays Christmas Winter/skiing Spring Easter General Summer Beach Camping Canada Day General Fall Halloween School Cooking/Baking Family/ home/ Mom/Dad/ grandparents/ cousins Travel Disney Sports (hockey, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, football) Little Boy (trucks, dinosaurs, Lego) Once Upon a Time/ reading/ fantasy Teen/gamer/emoji Masculine/ clocks/ gears/vintage cars Farm/ horse/ ranch

"Nights/day out" type stuff.
Girls night out. Friends night out. Friend lunch date. Friend adventures. Niece or Nephew lunch date. Shopping with friends. etc... There doesn't seem to be a lot of night/day out type stuff.
I make due with a bit of this and a little of that. In the past there of been a couple of various lines of merchandise specifically relating to a day or night out - adventures - etc.., but no new release/no new stuff every season.
If I could I would design a line of stickers similar to the old Stikopotomous/Cafe Press - Rusty Pickle-ish -Daisy D-ish Lunch date! Shopping! Adventures Fun with friends Chips n Salsa and Dacquiri's Day hike Craft show Fall festival Cocktails Coffee - Tea - Milkshakes! Hanging out Time with friends, is time well spent. Movie time! Road trip!

Mine is Easter. I just don't like all the cutsey Easter stuff out there. I also don't scrap chronological so when I'm looking for Easter items it may be in December.

I have paper for almost every occasion. If not, I have a die cut to turn any line into the right occasion.

Theme scrapper, here! You called my name!
I have become very specific in my theme scrapping. I ordered about 100 specific pieces of paper from Scrap your trip because I had a photo of Route 66 and I ordered Route 66 paper. I ordered Grand Canyon paper, I ordered Arizona paper....
It's like I use the very specific theme paper to help tell my story.
So what theme do I not have that I would use? I think moving day type stuff - new apartment, new house, etc. Another theme is eating out, restaurants, etc. I have some but I like to have a bit more.
Right now I am working on my years living in Arizona, and I have very little for my dorm room photos and photos with friends. I can make do with things I've already bought, but when you want something specific it can be hard for obscure photos.

I don't have much boy stuff. It's all too babyish for a 10 year old.
Everything else, I'm covered.

I don't consider myself a super themey scrapbooker, but I do have some themes. I have a lot of travel stuff that I don't use often because I travel much less since I have dogs.
The main theme I don't have much of is Valentine's Day. No sig other or prospects, so there's not much point.

I finally bought my first Christmas papers yesterday! It's not my holiday, so I never had a need for any. But I was out at the store with DD and lamenting that I'd love to buy a Christmas tree paper they had, but I didn't have any use for it. She suggested, how about using it for when we order Chinese food? So now I have 2 sheets of it ready to go! They'd better give me good pictures

I also realized yesterday as I was working on my DD that most of my family and home theme stuff revolves around houses. We live in a condominium and my daughter lives in an apartment and not a lot pertains to us.
