Well...we know who Tess & Randall are going to see now and we know the sex of Kare’s baby but so many new questions!
Are Randall & Beth still together?
I was annoyed with her for making him sleep on the couch, he has come this far, why not see it through?
Is Nick alive?
Another great episode!

I think Im over this show. Way too much drama for one family. Trying way too hard to cover every social issue all at once.

Ugh. I haven't watched this show since the first 2 episodes (this year). Can you spoil who they were going to see? Was it Rebecca?

I thing Randall and Beth are still together. Otherwise, why would Randall and Tess be on their way to pick up Beth to go see his mother. Nick survived the war but what I could not tell is whether that was Nick in the present day or some other time in the past.
I'm happy to see that Toby and Kate are doing well. I do think they will have this baby.
Agree that Beth went overboard putting Randall on the couch. What happened to William's room? This is something that always bugs me is a character literally sleeping on a couch in houses that you know have extra bedrooms. Maybe Deja's in William's room but I always thought that William was in a small room, like a maid's room.

I loved this episode. Knowing they’re going to see Rebecca, and that Randall and Tess seem to have a good relationship in the future. Not sure the story with Beth, are they together, so they get along, ballet teacher?
And Nicky, is this current time, or the past?
The story with Tess telling her parents was great. She did such an amazing job with her scene, and even the scenes with Rebecca.
Just wish we didn’t have to wait until Jan 15th for more, lol.

Awww another good episode.. poor Tess... she did do an amazing job!!
The only thing I didn't like either is when Beth put Randall on the couch... that didn't seem to 'fit' the story line.. maybe going to bed mad and turning your back.. but not couch worthy. I know if I 'told' my husband to sleep on the couch he would look at me like I had two heads... lol

Yeah totally didn't like Beth putting Randall on the couch...plus if he is going to lose (as is predicted by the polls) he will have more time for the family.

Can you spoil who they were going to see? Was it Rebecca? Yes What happened to William's room? I think when William was living there, the girls doubled up into one room but I guess since he died, they moved back into their own rooms.

Wait, is Randall’s real mother deceased? Just wondering because of the way Beth said Randall’s mother and not my mother in law.

I thought Randall's mother died in childbirth or shortly after.

I was shocked to see Beth put Randall on the couch. But the whole time they were having the conversation about his dropping out I kept thinking about William telling her to speak up for herself.
I got the impression Beth and Randall are divorced from the word choice. Randall asking Tess if she had called her mother, and Beth saying they were all going to see Randall's mother. Being divorced myself, I don't refer to my ex MIL as my ex MIL, I refer to her as Ex's mother. I wonder if Rebecca has Alzheimer's. For some reason the pin the tail on the donkey game gave me that impression.
I thought that was Nicky in real time. And think he and Jack cooked up a plan to get him out of there so that he could complete "the mission". And to protect Nicky Jack kept to the story that he had died in Vietnam. Man this was such a great episode!

Wait, is Randall’s real mother deceased? I don't think they really said what happened to Randall's bio mom - but I think most assume she died from drugs but I don't think it has ever been addressed (that I can remember) - don't you think Randall would have asked William that? Maybe he did and I somehow forgot. I think they are going to see Rebecca since he is Randall's mom plus remember they called Toby and it seems like Toby (on another episode) was going to meet them too.

I'm fairly certain Randall's bio Mom died in childbirth. That was why William left him at the fire station because he knew as an addict he couldn't care for him. ETA: An article I found that confirms she's dead. Though not necessarily from childbirth. Unknown.

Awhile back, someone said this was the last season for this show.
Is that true?

Awhile back, someone said this was the last season for this show. Is that true? No, they have filmed the final episode because they know how they want it to end. Probably filmed it because if the kids are in it, they want them on film before they grow/age more. The final episode could air 2 years or 10 years from now, whenever the show comes to an end.
