I was just thinking today that I have talked about moving a lot here on 2 peas so I counted. I joined in 2003 just before I moved from California to Ohio. Then in Ohio I lived in 3 different houses in 4 years in the same town. Then back to California for 12 years where I lived in the same house until year 9 then I moved three times. Now in 2018 in the 3 months I've lived in Oregon I've moved twice! That's nuts!!!
What about you? How long have you been at 2peas and how many times have you moved?

I don't know how long.. but have been in the same house 36 yrs.. not moving anytime soon...

I think I joined 2000ish from dMarie. So, 2 apartments (in the same complex), and then the house we are in now.
eta: That is crazy! Are you organized by nature, and have a simple decorating style?

I moved very close to my original join date, but I'm not sure which was first... probably the move. I moved again two years ago. So, probably once, possibly twice.

0. Zero. I've been in the same house for the past 20 years. I joined the first peas about 12 years ago although it might have been more. My memory sucks because of ECT treatments that wiped out half of my long term memory. I do remember that I joined the refupeas on the day it was started.
Not moving for 20 years is really odd for me. For most of my life I moved every 2-3 years. I've lived in 23 different places in my life, but since I moved to Annapolis I've settled down here. I now consider this my home. It's so nice to finally have one after all of these years. Although my "real" home in my heart will always be Germany where I was born and had to leave when I was 5. If I'd had my choice back then we would have never left. I don't have duel citizenship because my mother is German, not my father. In German law it has to be the father that is German to give you duel citizenship. I have a friend who's grandfather is German. He has duel citizenship even though he's only been to Germany once, his father was never there and his grandfather left in the 1930's and settled in Cuba. Now is that fair I ask you?
I'm sorry. Got off on a tangent up there.

I have moved 3 times in my entire life.
From a 3 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house when I got a little brother when I was 6. It was about 2 blocks over.
From my family house to my first house with my husband. A 7 minute drive. Same zip code.
From that first house to a bigger house right before we had a baby. 10 minutes away. Next zip code over.
I don’t plan to ever move again.

I joined 20 years ago.
I moved from the townhouse I was living in to the one next door after my divorce and then bought a trailer in the next town. After a few years we moved to an apartment for a year and then to Ohio.
I found a temp place for a year and then moved to a house that I actually liked and then here a year later and we've been here 8 years.
In 20 years 7 houses in 2 states/towns

That's a LOT of moves!! I've only moved once in my life, and that was when I bought my own house in 1996 - well before 2 Peas.

We closed on this house just before Christmas 1982 and moved in on 1/2/83. God willing, I’ll die here (but I’ll get it all cleaned out first).  P.S. so my answer is zero. |

We were a military family when I first joined and we moved 4 times. We’ve moved twice as civilians. The longest I’ve lived in the same house besides when I was growing up was 5 years.

I started reading 2Peas around the end of 2001 or the beginning of 2002.
I am in my same condo that I was back then. No plans to move anytime soon.

Three I think. I discovered a LSS within walking distance when we moved to the Seattle area. Our temporary move turned more permanent so we bought a house and moved. I can't remember if I discovered 2Peas before or after that move. We moved to CA 12 years ago and into this house 10 years ago.

Here since 2004 and we've moved 4 times. First three were to 3 different countries. The fourth move was back to the US (which was also our 18th move in 36 years). That was in 2012. Now we just stay put and remodel the house. I won't rule out another move but as time passes it seems less likely.

I joined 2 peas in late 2000 or early 2001. I am still in the house I bought with my ex husband in 1978, so 0 moves for me. I’m ever so slowly working toward a move to Oregon, which will make it house #2.

I joined Peas in 2001, I was there probably close to a year before that, so spring 2000? I’ve moved 4 times since then, but all in the same city. I’m staying put where I am now until stairs become an issue.

1 time. Moved from an apartment to a townhome in the same city.
But in hopefully 4 years we will be moving to a house in another city. Eta: Joined in 2002 when I was pregnant with dd(15) and just got into scrapbooking

I was first on 2 Peas around 2000. Lost track for a year or so then came back. Have been in the same house for the duration, unless you count a remodel.

Have moved twice - both locally (from apartment to house, then to townhome in better location for husband's new job).
And we'll be moving again next year --- TO THE GRAND CANYON! (sorry, excited and I don't think I'll ever get tired of saying that!).
