I didn't get many of people. One of my oldest. One of my two youngest sitting together. None of my other teen. None of me or my parents.
Mainly food.
But my oldest teen & I made everything but the two cakes my mom made. DD was so proud of what she made.
And I'll admit to a certain pride in the turkey I made.
Did you take pics on Thanksgiving? Are you planning on scrapping it?
I'll do a page. I actually have Thanksgiving stickers that I bought years ago that I want to use.

Well I had intentions of taking pics but I changed my mind & decided to relax & enjoy being with my family. Besides, they get tired of me doing it. No worries..I have Thanksgiving pics to scrap from 3/4 years ago..lolol.

I took a nice picture of my 3 girls, and another with them and their grandma. The ends of youngest DD's hair are wrapped in foil because she chose to dye it that morning, but they're all together and they're all smiling, so no complaints!

I cook on the Friday after so my kids can do their dads house on Thursday. We put up the tree and watch the Macy’s day parade on recording and I made a huge feast that didn’t get all eaten. I’m always just thankful for my family and home so that’s what I’ll scrap.

My bf and I went to a friend's aunts house (was very kind of them to invite us since we don't have family where we live). I didn't get a ton of pictures but I have a cute one of us on a real porch swing I'm excited to scrap. Now I want my own porch swing, just need to build a porch so it has a home.

I didn't take any photos. I hosted a boat load of family for almost a week. It was exhausting and since I'm the only photo taker in the family it just didn't happen.

My oldest dd and her family were here and we took a ton of family pics and some walking in the park. I have ordered some for everyone's books and will probably make 1 photo layouts for them. They are scattered all over the country so we don't get to see everyone together very often.

I know I took pictures of my 10yo flying a kite in the strong Nebraska wind, but I honestly can't remember if I took any other pictures...I don't even take my DSLR to Thanksgiving gatherings anymore because it is the holiday I take the least photos of.

I had good intentions of taking a few photos. But, it was so hectic, I forgot!
I did take a few photos of my backyard for a gratitude layout I want to make. It was right after the lawn service left. There were tons of leaves in the neighbor's yards, but our yard was perfectly green with not a leaf in sight. I'm grateful we are able to pay someone to do the yard work. DH is disabled and I despise yard work.

I scrapped my Thanksgiving layouts yesterday. I had 2 family photos gathered around the food, and then on the facing page I had photos of my son holding a pie he made, his fiancee building a puzzle and showing off an edible arrangement she made (she's a manager there), a picture of my son in California when we facetimed, and a photo of my son and his friend who joined us. Thanksgiving is my best chance to use the wonderful fall papers I love.

we did a 'Friendsgiving' - I didn't bring my camera but someone else there was taking pictures and I know she got one of the four of us. I haven't seen it yet though.
On the Friday, I cooked - I took a couple of photos of us at the table
they'll get printed and scrapped....eventually...

I feel like my Thanksgiving pics are always a mixed batch. Mostly because I'm the primary pic taker and I'm just too busy prepping and cooking. What I do get I am usually putting in my Dec Daily book since it kicks off our holiday season. We also try to take a family pic for our Christmas card that day if we are all together. Also mixed results on that, I swear I'd like to leave the whiners out of our family pic! This year was my 1st non-traditional Thanksgiving. I was snorkeling in the Maldives with 2 of my DD's on Thanksgiving. DH and DS went to DH's brothers house and there were no pics taken.

I'm not a fan of Thanksgiving. I love my in-laws but is always so chaotic and loud. There are so.many.of. them! I only ended up snapping a quick picture of my food before I started eating...that just went into my PL for that week.

I didn't take a single picture. I don't think anyone else did, either. Oops.
