With the ongoing discounts in the Silhouette store (and picking up the daily freebie) I thought I'd take a closer look at the newer designs to see if there was anything I liked. I spent £2.20! (gasp) www.silhouettedesignstore.com/view-shape/283324www.silhouettedesignstore.com/view-shape/283446www.silhouettedesignstore.com/view-shape/283480The first two would, I thought, make good little hostess gifts and "mitbringsel". The third might come in useful for my Christmas journal. I'm sure there are loads more goodies if only I could be bothered to sit sifting through pages and pages of fonts (which I don't buy). Anyone here found something fun to point me to? I have a credit boost just waiting to be spent...

Use the search engine. I define something as broad as "travel" or as specific as "Santa" and usually get good results. Or browse by artist -- I love SnapDragonSnipettes and once looked at everything they had!. Or genre -- "box cards" .. I'm sure you'll be able to find something!

I love 3D designs, because they can be used for little gifts, for parties, treats, etc., and they have some fun little 3D houses to make. If I didn't have a Dickens village, I would try to make some of the little houses. There are 3D bows that can be used on packages.
I also like some of their cards, tags, and backgrounds.
Some people are into planners. I'm not, but the planner "stickers" seem pretty popular.

scrapnnana, yes, I have the little tealight village (purchased in a previous December sale!) and I love it - though last year, we put it away carelessly and let's just say, I need to make it again.... Loydene thanks for the pointers. I shall follow through ;-) Gill

They have another one, 283157, but it's $1.49 and I'm too late (and cheap!) for this year. I marked it for my favorites so maybe it will be free at a later time.

I have spent so much money in that Silhouette Store. I have well over 15,000 designs right now. I needed to stop myself because I will never get it all done. I see quilts in every design. I am a quilter.
