individual mince pies, chocolate chess pie, maybe pecan pie if DH gets around to shelling some pecans (I have 4 gallons of them that we picked).
I would love christmas pudding with hard sauce but I couldn't find one locally this year and I wasn't on top of things enough to order one (one year, I'll actually tackle making from scratch)

We picked up a chocolate mousse cake yesterday and it’s in the fridge for Christmas.

It's just the 3 of us this year so I'm being lazy. We're having king crab for lunch and I'm going to bake a potatoes gratin. Dessert will be easy - a pan of King Arthur GF Brownies and making vanilla ice cream in our Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.

I'm making hot cocoa cupcakes and tollhouse pie. I will also have chocolate and pb fudge, homemade caramel popcorn and a couple other things that will be wrapped up for guests to take home with them. :-)

I'm making a couple of apple pies along with some chocolate cupcakes that my grands will help make. They are 5 and 3, this should be fun!

I have a light angel food cake/banana cream pudding/cool whip desert that I usually throw together and seems to go over well. Plus lots of cookies of course! LOL

I like the Marie Callenders Chocolate silk pie. They sell them in the grocery store, frozen dessert section.

Pioneer Woman has a good French silk (chocolate) pie. I've made cheesecake with cherry topping. I've baked the 2 cakes -- carrot cake/cream cheese frosting and a white cake with raspberry filling/vanilla buttercream. I still have to ice and decorate tomorrow. I have a batch of brownies to do as a gift (frosted, with walnuts), rum truffles and peppermint macarons.

We will be having Christmas pudding with custard and a dollop of thick cream. Usually I make the pudding, but this year I found ready made ones in a store, so I decided to buy one instead. It is just so much work to make for just the two of us.

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or brandy cream ( got both as I like sauce and DH likes cream) Profiteroles & chocolate sauce and a Cointreau gateau. There's also Ice cream for those who want it. There's also a cheese board and we'll have mince pies, for those who want them, with our coffee to finish it all off!

We will have our traditional Cranberry Almond Christmas Cake. We make a drizzle of powdered sugar, a very small amount of whipping cream or half and half to make desired drizzling consistancy, a small amount of freshly squeezed orange juice and some zest from the orange. So good.

We will have a choice of pies. Pumpkin is included and then the possibility is either cherry or Apple. My husband is a fantastic pie maker and he's currently deciding on which flavors he'll make this time.

I’ll make Yule log... it’s chocolate sponge rolled around coffee whipped cream and covered in chocolate icing. I’m also going to attempt making a Yule stump out of flourless chocolate torte stacked up

It's traditional for us to have Christmas at my parent's house on Christmas Eve. Our traditional meal is my mom's German potato salad with German sausages. For desert last night they served stollen-a German cake that is filled with dried fruit and nuts and covered with powdered sugar. Every Christmas season Trader Joe's gets these in stock.
Today we celebrate my mother's birthday which is on Christmas day. My father is cooking a goose with all of the trimmings. We'll probably have homemade potato dumplings, gravy, red cabbage, stuffing, and a few other things. For desert we'll have my mother's birthday cake.
