I can't believe within months of each other two of my favorite message boards that I visited daily have closed!!  Luckily we have this board for 2Peas, but the only forum I've found to replace is TV w/o Pity is Previously TV and I'm not impressed. The threads aren't very lively and where shows used to have pages & pages of discussion, on Previously TV there are maybe 20 replies. One of my favorite things about watching tv is discussing it with others and all the wonderful SNARK that went on at TV w/o Pity. Anyone else find new homes? Maybe we will just have to continue the snark here? |

I used to love that site, especially for American Idol discussions! They always seemed to say exactly what I had been thinking. I'm not sure why I quit going there.....

I will always remember reading the semi-homemade with Sandra Lee thread. In the earlier days just epic, snarky humor. Might have to go back and re-read....

I used to go there all of the time for the  Duggar Snark threads. I know a lot of Peas really like the Duggars so I won't talk about how much I loved reading those threads. I found a new group on Facebook, but I do miss TWOP. |

I used to lurk there - it was a great place that was destroyed. For whatever reason I didn't ever get involved there.
It seems like the energy of boards has gone to twitter and/or facebook.

I found TWOP shortly before it closed......loved reading the boards about all the reality shows. I might've posted there a handful of times and then read it was closing.

I think it is so sad that they can't archive the message boards there. Especially since a lot of people just find their shows on Netflix/Amazon so they don't watch it when it first comes out. I just discovered Lost last year, and it was so great to be able to go back and read about each episode and get some explanations and theories about what was happening. It was really a wealth of information created over the years just POOF...gone.
And YES the Duggar snark was especially fantastic there ilovebuble !!

I always got in trouble there for "board on boards" usually by the moderator Howard. He was brutal. So I stopped posting but I still really enjoyed lurking there. |
