It took me a while to catch on that 2Peas was closed. I tried to post something on the board and only found the "locked" button, so I thought I had been put on double secret probation for some unknown reason.  Eventually I saw the link about the store closing and I thought I had permanently lost my connection to the community.  I was cursing myself for not having paid attention to URLs of the spin-off snark boards. But then I started googling "2 Peas Message Board" to see if there was any chatter on the web. I found a thread on the DISboard discussing it and it gave a link to this board. Without it I wouldn't have found my way here because I'm not on FB with anyone and no one has my email and no one has tried to Peamail. How did the rest of you find your way here? |

Googled "Two Peas Closing" and came across Scrap Smack blog...there was a link there. I signed up but didn't think I had received my activation code. Then I checked my email and saw that I had peamail with a link to this board. Looked in spam and there was my activation code.

After I recovered from my shock when I went into my daily computer routine of email, 2Peas (it was my homepage,) news, Pinterest, then Facebook, I immediately Googled and though I couldn't tell you where I saw it, somehow found a link for this board. Came here, checked it out, then registered. Didn't get the email until later.

I was on the Paperclipping site, which added a message board, and there was a link there. It still took me two days to find it, though.

I went to Two Peas and found the boards closed, so I googled "two peas closed" and there were several links about it. I followed one of the links to a blog and saw the link posted to this new forum....and here I am.

I have many Pea Facebook friends, and the first thing I woke up to in the morning was one of my friends lamenting the end of 2peas. Then another Facebook friend started a pea refugee Facebook group, and the links to this site was posted.

I went to scrapbook.com forums to see if they knew about it, they did and pm'd me the website. It took several days to get my activation code though.

Today I went to 2peas to see if I could still use my peamail and I had two new messages. They both directed me here. Whew , thank goodness I was in serious withdrawals!

I am part of Project Life FB group and there was a link in the comments in one of the posts. I was frantically searching and luckily found it quickly! I was trying to figure out where everyone was going so I could go there too...I never even thought that someone would start a whole new board. Brilliant work!

Whewwww......I'm so glad I found this place! I was starting to just get bored. I figured someone had started something, but I had no idea what it would be under. I googled Two Peas in a Bucket and the top story about the site closing. I started reading through the comments below the article and someone linked it there.

And then I also found the link in the 2Peas group on Ravelry.com

I woke up very early on Saturday and kept seeing the same old posts on two peas. I googled and found info and a link on SCS. (A site I had never been to before).
I was doing this all on my iPhone with a very bad signal. I use or get a signal from my computer because it is down. After trying to install the Tapatalk app several times, I drove to McDonald's at 4:30 in the morning !! Because I did not want to lose you again or screw up installing the app. I had much difficulty registering but at least I could read, but that made me kinda feel worse because you all were so freaking excited to be at the new home !!!
I finally got registered but still have quite q bit of tweaking to do since I'm doing all of this on my phone.
