OH NO!! Toni had the best customer service and sales.  Makes me so sad. I ordered from her many many times. I got all of what I wanted from Crates Merry Days collection at 35% off. Her sales were always awesome, shipping was super reasonable and great customer service. She ran it out of her garage. |

OH NO!! Toni had the best customer service and sales. Makes me so sad. I ordered from her many many times. I got all of what I wanted from Crates Merry Days collection at 35% off. Her sales were always awesome, shipping was super reasonable and great customer service. She ran it out of her garage. Right, I agree with everything you said. I had the exact same experience and received the collection at 35% off. I'm definitely going to purchase a few things I have not when they reach 35%. I'm going to miss the shop, she did an amazing job running it out of her garage, I had no clue! Just goes to show you can do what you desire using what you have. |

This shop wasn't on my radar (sounds like a big loss on my part), but I am sad to hear a small shop closing esp. with great customer service and loyal pea fans.

There was a time when her weekly special was 35% off all Authentique. I wanted the entire collection kit of a line but she had sold out of them during the sale. I emailed her and asked her if she would be getting any more in before the sale was over and she said no but that she had reordered and for me to go ahead and put my order in and when it came in she would adjust my order and still honor the 35% off. Sooo nice! |
