same as the Philly police shootings - when serving a warrant- In this case, a warrant based on falsified statements by the officer being charged with felony murder. as I said I really ought to check dates sorry But, yes, they should charge murder if falsified info lead to this. It’s too much danger to put officers in

Good, those crooked motherfuckers straight up murdered that couple and put other officer's lives in danger. What were they getting out of the dirty warrants? Money, drugs, guns? Or a bit of all of the above?

From what the DA said today, it sounds like the officer said he bought drugs from the house, not a CI as was stated in the request for the no-knock warrant.
They're reviewing a LOT of cases now to see if it was one (or a few) rogue cops or the whole office. Lots more to come as this goes to grand jury (which could up the charges) and as the investigation continues.

I just want to know why they did it. This wasn't a mistake, it was a deliberate act.

This is such an unbelievable story. I hope there can be justice for the victims.

A former HPD officer was charged with murder as a result of this raid. I certainly am glad they are proceeding with this case. Those two former officers have made the jobs of the good cops so much harder!
