Does anyone know how to get these to work again after initial use? I get so frustrated with every white pen or marker I have ever owned because they quit after one or two uses! The only reliable white pen I own is a cheapo Gelli roll from HL.

I've all but given up on white/paint pens. In my experience they just aren't worth it when you consider the cost against how much you can use it before it inevitably dries up or clogs intermittently. Fighting with my tools or supplies isn't fun. When I need white, I grab a brush and airbrush white acrylic paint. The bottle cost me 3$, and it'll probably last a lifetime.

My derwent paint pens have not dried up on me. They work really well and I go long period of times not using them.

Ya she has videos and I've read some threads online. She says to use a baby wipe. Seems hit or miss. I flooded one of mine so I think it's a goner. A few people said to let it sit for awhile and it may work again. Very frustrating. I may contact customer service but from what I've read they are not sympathetic to their faulty product. I've been reading that her paints dry up on people too. π I wish they would fix the issues.

Itβs frustrating seeing all that paint inside but it just wonβt come out.

I've had issues with their Enamel Accents changing colors in the bottle, and they gave me a very hard time replacing them. I had bought them at a show, so I couldn't return them to a store. After several back-and-forth emails, and a whole bunch of pictures, they replaced them with products that had the same exact issue. In fact, they shipped them with the discoloration and ignored my subsequent email. I really hesitate to buy their products now.
