Yay! I've only had good experiences with scrapbook dot com too. Their shipping speed is what keeps me happiest. SSS has similar charges for domestic packages but they take too damn long to get stuff out the door. I usually get my Scrapbk.com order in the same time it take for Simon to get to their post office. And they have so much selection. I only order from other places when the thing I need is exclusive.

I’ve ordered from them long ago but after reading this thread (and looking at the site several times), I think I’ve placed 3-4 orders over the past couple of weeks. If I were smart, I’d make one big purchase, but one time I was looking for albums and pocket pages. Another time, I was looking for sea life and jellyfish stamps. Yet another time, I wanted to see what kind of new paper collections are out there. Then I wanted to see what dog/puppy themes there are. Sigh, I’m addicted again. My first order got here in two days (that was my initial pocket page 6x8 albums—and I’ve already used one to make a gift album for a friend.) Because that was so fast and the albums were pretty impressive, I bought other stuff. Luckily I’ve already purged a lot and have a plan for most of what I’ve purchased. I’m just excited to be excited about shopping, scrapping, and stamping again. A lot of that got purged or buried when quiltmaking came along. I still love paper and paper crafting though so scrap book dot com is bringing me back to my craft roots.

I'm in Australia and have just placed my first order with them. They had Echo Park under the sea collection, which I really wanted. I bought 12 x 12 paper pack and 2 embellishment packs. Amazon was the same price but only one embellishment pack. They shipped within a day and my shipping update tells me my package is in California. (4 days later) Estimated time was 8 -30 days I think so I will be interested to see how long it does take. They do seem to sell some nice things. Corinne Update- my package shipped on the 16th of March and has arrived today on the 26th March!! 10 days including a weekend. I will certainly be buying from them again. I don't know whereabouts in the USA they are based but I am in Adelaide- so it also had to come from Sydney. Corinne

Gilbert, AZ I think.

I love SB dot com. Their shipping to New Zealand is super quick. I usually get parcels close to a week after order placed. Their shipping price is very good as well. I had an order a wee while ago where they sent the wrong item, but it was replaced free of charge that very day....and told to keep the items sent by mistake.

I just had great customer service with them. I bought a package of Dear Lizzy diecuts that had doubles of some images and none of others. I notified Scrapbook.com and they sent me a new package right away- I got it within 3 days. I thought that was amazing and I'll continue to buy way too much stuff from them.
