I've been shopping at scrapbook . com recently because their shipping to Canada is so much more reasonable than ACOT or PI. My orders have always arrived quickly. SSS also has good shipping prices, but they don't have all the paper lines I want, their baseline prices are higher, and their shipping seems slower. Anyways An order that came this week 1. my pinkfresh mini puffy alphas were missing 5 letters (in total, 2 j's, 3 i's) 2. my doodlebug black doilies had 5 that were cut across (not round. had a hexagonal side!), plus there were OBVIOUSLY fewer in the package compared to the other colours I got at the same time, so I counted them, and there were only 52 in a package that said 75. Small issues. Teeny. Still lots of doilies But I contacted scrapbook.com anyways to tell them about the manufacturing issues and suggest they make note of it. Didn't ask for any resolution. They replied today and are sending replacements. No questions asked. I feel very well treated, and just wanted to share that this store apparently has great CS!

Glad they fixed it for you!
Scrapbook.com is my favorite online store. They almost always have what I’m looking for. If they don’t, I look at Amazon first because I can usually get it shipped Prime. If I’m stuck, I’ll look at the others.
Aways great product, fast shipping and great customer service!

The other day I got a Sirius XM bill that was more than double what I paid for the introductory price. No way was I paying that. I called the company and they brought it down a bit. I just said there was no way I was going to pay $20 a month for listening to music each month. Then they asked me what I thought of the stations and I admitted that I really enjoyed the specific music channels and the comedy channels. Then I played the "I'm old" card and said I was retired and never even get in my car some days. Ha. They knocked of 66% of the bill and gave it to me for less than the introductory rate. I was pretty sure when I said that I liked the music stations they weren't going to budge on the price. You just never know, but it always pays to be polite and ask for what you want.

Super customer service! I typically buy from ACOT and found their CS to be awesome as well. So nice these days!

I had a similar experience with Scrapbook.com! I ordered three packs of Shimelle's Head in the Clouds enamel dots (nothing else). My order shipped right away but when I received my package, all three packs had a defect. The dots were cut off on one side, one pack had dots missing, and one pack was bent. I sent SB.com an email and they replaced everything, no questions asked. Really great customer service.

I'm in Australia and have just placed my first order with them. They had Echo Park under the sea collection, which I really wanted. I bought 12 x 12 paper pack and 2 embellishment packs. Amazon was the same price but only one embellishment pack. They shipped within a day and my shipping update tells me my package is in California. (4 days later) Estimated time was 8 -30 days I think so I will be interested to see how long it does take. They do seem to sell some nice things. Corinne

I order almost exclusively from them because of reasonable and fast shipping to Oz and have also found their customer service to be excellent. I ordered a storage bag once that has damaged/dirty spots on it when it arrived.Turns out it was the last of a discontinued line they told me to just keep it and refunded the cost!

I’ve been shopping at scrapbook.com for about 20 years. Their prices are good and shipping is reasonable. Their CS has always been good. I remember one time years ago they sent me a wrong item. I checked my order and it turns out they’d transposed a couple of numbers. I contacted them and they sent me the correct item right away and told me to just keep the one sent in error.

She told me they would give me that rate again and put it in the notes. Hoping that is true. I love the stations, so for now, I let it go. I have it locked in for a year.

I never paid more than $5/month for my Sirius XM. After I heard they give money to the NRA I canceled though. I second that all you have to do is say you want to cancel and they'll give you the $5 rate.

I ended up cancelling my service because they wouldn’t go lower than $45 for five months. Within about a month of me cancelling I got an email with a deal for $30 for five months, so I resigned up. But what a pain that I had to do that.

I always just assumed that Scrapbook.com would have expensive shipping to Canada so I never bother with them. I'm glad to know that this isn't the case, and that they have good CS. I will check them out next time I need some stuff. I just placed an order with a Canadian store for Heidi Swapp's Color Fresh line, and while I'm happy to support Canadian businesses, the prices were really quite outrageous. It's for my birthday, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.

I’m prepared to pay for a year at a time, but the good rates are for 3 months and you have to call and ask. So I shred the advertisements when they come in just out of pure annoyance.

scrapbook.com are da bomb for internationals. And they have corrected the few little mishaps I've had with orders from them. No questions asked, quick replies, quick shipping of replacement item. I absolutely love them and don't know how I'd scrap without them. That's all.

I started buying from Scrapbook.com about 8 months ago when I discovered them as International Shipping to Australia is only $6.99 which is really, REALLY cheap compared to other US online stores which are $15US upwards depending on the dollar value I am purchasing. $15US is $20 in my currency which is super-expensive! I have always received my items in a timely fashion and they are well-packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Even factoring in the Australian$ to US$ exchange rate, it is definitely worth my while if I am getting several stamps & die sets and paper pads. Have no hesitation in recommending them. No connection to them other than being a happy customer. And I do like that they keep me informed of when my parcel has been posted etc. They have some great freebies & vouchers that you can add to your orders too

I also have found scrapbook.com to have superior customer service. They far exceed ACOT and SSS from my experiences. I only order from the others when “I have to”.

Yes, I’ve used SSS in the past because of the $7 shipping. Our dollar is projected to go down to .62 US so it might be time to stock up soon. Agree with the 😩
